So yes, I went to a new/​different salon because it was closest and on my way home after running errands and working today. Wow, what a beautiful manicure!
I got an acrylic overlay with gel polish on top. It looks wonderful! Definitely will be back in a couple weeks for my fill.
The salon was very clean and the staff was so friendly! Highly recommend Lotus!

Surprisingly, based on what I have read from low star ratings, this place wasn’t actually that bad. I think that if you know the hours of the time of the day when it most people will be going, you will be put in no rush and everything will go smoothly and perfectly.

I have been going to the same technician for 5 years. Kim is the BEST!!! I love the place. It is calming and relaxing and the service is great!!! My friends have tried them and live them. I see a bad review on here. Don’t let one review deter you from coming in! Kim is awesome!!!

My daughters and I made a reservation here for this past Saturday. We arrived in time and directed to chairs. They then started my pedicure and assured my daughters their technicians would be right with them. The man started clipping my toe nails so short that it cause me to bleed. I told him he was hurting me and that I was bleeding and all he did was laugh nervously. The tech next to him told him to put something on my toe to stop the bleeding. I wasn’t thrilled about this, but wanted it to stop. My one daughter then started her pedicure and fifteen minutes later, my other daughter was started. Her toe nail was cut too short and she, too bled. I felt like they were rushing because they were short staffed and trying to keep up. My tech couldn’t apply polish and ended up having to redo the first nail he started. I asked for someone else to paint them and finally was given another tech. My daughters were long done with their pedicures before I Even finished. We came for a relaxing afternoon and left feeling rushed and more importantly, injured! One of the techs offered me a $ 3 discount because of all the trouble they caused, but that was nothing– my pedicure should have been free! Every one of my nails is cut down so that they are painful and look ridiculous. I will never go back there again and suggest people do the same. There are plenty of nail salons in the area! Skip this place for sure!!!

Staff was extremely friendly and personable. I went in for a gel polish. So far so good. Nails are still holding up and not peeling. My cuticles are extremely dry and she was nice enough to apply extra moisturizer. I will go in for a gel polish on my feet next.

Terrible pedicure… The gentleman I had was in a hurry and lacked attention to detail. The last thing he wanted to do was be there and it was all over his face. Meanwhile, he kept trying to take the skin off my heal and my foot was dry. Was hoping for a relaxing experience and it was the opposite. He was very rough and I could not wait to get out of that chair! Kim on the other hand did a great manicure.

I’ve been to over 10 different nail salons in the area and have finally found one that I will continue to visit! They do an amazing job every time I go. Nails last a long time and prices are great. Highly recommend.

New owners started a second Unilocal ad with same name. See my updated review on the other. Quality not good now. Nails lifted both times I’ve come since mgmt and staff changed. Nails not straight. Older lady argued with me the first time over what services I needed.

I recently moved to Raleigh from Los Angeles and was looking for a good nail Salon. I went to a few but didn’t really like them. Finally I found this salon from Unilocal today and decided to give it a try. I got appointment with kym and she is great. She paid lot of attention to details and keeps checking with you how you want it. Loved the experience and prices are very reasonable. Definitely going back here to get my nails done before my wedding! I have also posted a picture from today !

Wonderful place… wonderful service. Great employees!!! SUPER CLEAN! Come in every two weeks.

Lotus Nail Spa is a great place for pedicures. I have come in many times over the last few years. I am usually a random walk-​in when my toes need a treat from time to time. They’re always busy (in a good way!) when I come in but are very accommodating and the wait is rarely long. They offer many pedicure options, starting with a basic spa pedicure at $ 25. Today I had their new Citrus Infusion Spa Pedicure for the first time. Fantastic! Very relaxing and appropriately priced at $ 35. I’ve also had manicures and eyebrows done here in the past and have always been happy with the results. This place is a little gem.

I love coming here for pedicures. The staff is wonderful — always very friendly, thorough, and I leave here feeling awesome. They offer different levels of services with very competitive rates. I love the extra attention to detail that they offer. They make sure to spend a little extra time on areas that need it. The salon itself is inviting, calming, welcoming. I started coming here when I lived in the neighborhood. I’ve moved but will continue to make the short drive back here for my mani/​pedi needs.

I was referred to this place by a friend and I can’t thank her enough! The establishment was well decorated with inviting colors that instantly made me want to be relaxed.
I had a pedicure (Replenishing Spa) and an eyebrow wax. Van my technician was awesome her attention to detail was very impressive. My particular pedicure was citrus based and having fresh oranges added to the water made for a very aromatic experience. I can’t wait to go back!!!
They have a wide variety of services and are reasonably priced. Their hours of operation are Tuesday — Friday 10am to 7 pm, Saturday 9 am to 7pm & Sunday 12 am — 5 pm.

We made a reservation for 3 people. When we arrived at our appointment time they only had two chairs ready, so the third person had to wait 30 minutes before they received their pedicure. The other two were already done. It completely defeated the point of a nice girl’s pedicure outing. If we had been walk ins I would have been more understanding, but this is why we called ahead to make an appointment.
