My husband and I loved the pizza here. Service was good and we didn’t have to wait long at all. Their pizza is huge, so we had plenty left over to take home. Price was good too, definitely recommend it and will definitely be coming back

Pizza is decent. What I really like is that I can stop in at lunch and pick up a single slice to go in about 5 min. Way better than fast food and the slice is huge.

This pizza place is a go to restaurant while in Raleigh. Great friendly staff, delicious pizza, and easy to call in to get take out. Only concern: can be a bit pricey, but for the quality and taste of the food, it is well worth it.

I enjoy grabbing a cheese or pepperoni slice or two for lunch and sometimes adding on some garlic bread. With the family we’ll normally go for the Tony’s Special which has a little bit of everything on it. Pretty filling and tasty. I used to live in the development here and we often received coupons in the mail so keep an eye out for savings opportunities.

Been there once. Got the Tony’s/house special pizza. Well… It’s nothing to rave about. It was ok, but nothing special in my humble opinion. Probably won’t be back there anytime soon.

Not really impressed. Pizza was over cooked. No where near NY style. Service is terrible. Called ahead and was told 15 minutes. Got there in 20 paid and waited another 10 minutes because they said it wasn’t ready. When I finally asked how much longer they ask for my name again and found my pizza done and sitting on top of the oven. Won’t be going back to this place. There are other places with better pizza and better service.

We have been here previously but it has been a year or too. It is as good as I remember. The pizza is a little greasy but very good. For the sizes of the pizzas, the prices are excellent. Their small pizza is the size of a large at other pizzerias. A great, local pizzeria so why go to a chain?

NY style pizza, no gimmicks, everything simple and solid. Staff is very sharp. Even the peripheral stuff like sandwiches, calzones, and italian entrees are good. A great neighborhood pizza shop. Get your wings across the street at luxury box though.

1 star for over priced terrible tasting food. I was visiting from NY and was unfortunate enough to order from this place — it was so bad that if i had paid with credit card i would have initiated my first ever charge back. i ordered a pie well done — it was soggy — and even if i could look past the«soggy» it was just bad. i’m sure theres plenty of other places around that make a decent pie around here. look else where.

As a New York native, my standards are pretty high for Pizza(I know, that’s an annoying way to start a review). The pizza was just OK. They got the thiness right, but there was almost no sauce and all I tasted was the salt from the cheese. I did enjoy staring at the NYC subway map on the wall while reminiscing about commuting on the train for an hour to work, usually wedged between two people with some crazy body odor. Don’t miss that, but miss the pizza!

My husband and I have been going to Tony’s for years for pizza and strombolis. They’re the only place we get pizza from. We’re originally from NY and it definitely reminds us of home.

My family and I love coming here for the traditional NY style pizza. It never fails once a week my kids are begging for one these gigantic slices of pizza. However they also have great pasta dishes and sandwiches when you are not in the mood for pizza.

Saturday night and we are all hungry and want to get some take out. So let’s try Tony’s Pizza for the first time and we found a Citipass coupon for a Complimentary Pizza which makes it even better. We telephone in a large order and tell the person at Tony’s Pizza about the coupon. So far, so good. When we arrived the order was ready and when we went to pay the cashier he asked the manager(Tony?) about the coupon. The manager(Tony??) then told us that the Complimentary Pizza did not apply to the Sicilian pizza that we ordered. No where did it state on the coupon about this little exception and anyway we had also ordered a White Cheese pizza in addition to the Sicilian pizza. But manager(Tony?) being a shrewd business man told us we could use the coupon the next time we came in. Of course by this time, my wife and I are thinking you ripped us off so there will not be a next time for Tony’s Pizza. And you know the food was not that bad. Too bad the service does not make up for it. Thanks Tony’s Pizza

This is our neighborhood pizza joint. Their pizza slices are huge, crispy, cheesy, NY style slices. We love coming here for a quick lunch or ordering for dinner. They also have really good warm subs, my favorite is the chicken parmesan sub. Service is quick and decently priced.

As a NYorker its very hard to find real NY style pizza. I would say this is the closest we have found. HUGE. cheesy thin and crispy and keeping with NY traditions made fresh by mexicans!.. we always enjoy it!

What we have here is the old«slice as big as your head» head trick. Once again passable slice. not enough sauce, the sauce was generic and a tad too doughy. parking is easy, staff was friendly. hidden location in a hidden strip mall. Tony’s serves the purpose if you’re in the area but not a destination spot.

Our first visit to Tony’s was on Wednesday night which happened to be DJ Trivia Night. However, today we learned that they no longer have DJ Trivia Night to my 11yo’s dismay. Oh well. It was kinda cheesy but good family fun. Needless to say, Tony’s is very family friendly(Read: go after 6:30 — 7:00 pm if you want to miss the little ones. Not that I have anything against younger kids. Been there, done that. I’m just sayin’.) The staff is friendly, the pizza is good and the prices are decent. My husband who’s from New York, says Tony’s is the closest to New York pizza you’ll find in the area.

The white pizza is our preference from Tony’s. We are always on the look out for vegetarian choices. Tony’s veggie sandwiches are only ok; we like the ones from Papa John’s better. The dining area is pretty decent; large and nice natural lighting. It’s in a pleasant shopping area. Of course it’s kid magnet so not so nice for an adult couple to chill with a some beers.
