Do not use and always refuse any service from FedEx’s Home Delivery division.
None of the drivers are employees, they are all contractors. They get paid per delivery attempt so they will try to do a bump and run every chance they get.
99% of the time on the first two delivery attempts, they won’t even ring the doorbell, just leave a call tag so they can milk their pay.
To top it all off, they do not deliver on Mondays… Sundays too.
They operate out of a little dungeon in the RTP and are horribly inept.
One way to keep your package from being sent through Home Delivery is to notate that on your order and always check the box stating that your address is a business address.
