Went here a couple times to ship packages. The store itself is a lot like you would find/​expect for most of these locations. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and was pleased with the results. Meaning, nothing was lost or delayed along the way… Will probably go here again if I need anything else fedex’d.

This specific location needs a new manager! The turn over is high and they are not retaining good talent. Lynn, the manager does not have a clue and can’t run the show by herself. I come here often to make copies and booklets. Today is no different, except she’s running the goat rodeo alone. I requested to have my copies bound into a booklet. She didn’t acknowledge my request until I gather my copies and headed for the door.
God gave you 2 ears and one mouth… use them accordingly!
I’m sure Staples will be glad to have my business. I’m not coming back to FedEx Office in Brier Creek and certainly DONT recommended it!

Just spent $ 100 shipping packages. Buyer beware if you have a coupon make sure you tell them about it initially because they can’t process this at the end of your order. Such a crock! Unimpressed.
