The staff are always efficient and my coffee always come out the way I like it. No complaints!

Very rude and ALWAYS out of something and NEVER apologetic… Thank goodness we have Starbucks!

They make great coffee, but went in today and they were out of pretzel buns. Cmon!
Overall a good Dunkin, but they are always of something.
Way better than the Dunks on Creedmoor road!

Dunkin Donuts are hard to come by for this Boston Gal. So sure, I’m willing to drive the 20 minutes up Glenwood Ave for my iced coffee fix. The thing I love about this location is that it has a drive thru. The inside is small, not a lot of seats. There are other coffee places along the way, but this location can keep you moving on your daily errands without having to get out of your car.
Their hours are legit, offering early morning service, but I wished they were open a bit later.
The few times I’ve switched up my order, it always comes out right and staff is friendly. There is never a long line here which is also refreshing. Other Dunkin locations tend to move at a slower pace and I’m not always sure if I’m going to end up with exactly what I ordered. I’ll keep coming back for sure.

Glazed? «Oh, we’re out.»
Boston Kreme? «Oh, we’re out.»
Chocolate Frosted? «Oh, we’re out.»
Coconut? «Oh, we’re out.»
Éclair? «Oh, we’re out.»
Are you about to close? «No we’re open another 4 hours, this is the last of our donuts.»
That’s a normal stop by this place.

Ok I’m not one to complain about service as I am normally very patient, but the service at this location is terrible. First I ordered an sandwich with Texas Toast and they are out of «Texas Toast!» Next they shorted me an order of hash browns, coffee roll and did not put cheese on the bacon egg and «cheese» bagel. As I waited for my order to be corrected I watched displeased customer after displeased customer get their orders screwed up. The staff did not seem to care except for only one worker that seemed to have it together. I’d hate to be the owner of this place because its being run into the ground.

This place is near my house, so it would appear convenient. I have been here several times, and I can’t seem to understand the slow process behind the staff here. I have been to many other locations, and experienced no problems. This location is by far the worst location I have been to. Anytime I order food, coffee, anything. It takes forever, whether it’s just me, or 2 people in there. I have waited 15 minutes for a toasted bagel before. With that amount of time, you would think, they could bake it fresh. When the food comes out, it tastes far less than a fresh meal. In the time it takes to serve it, you would think it would be as fresh as can be. If you are in a hurry, I would avoid this stop. It’s not an in and out joint.

Ok I never review chains like this, because for the most part everyone knows what to expect, but I just dislike this place so much, I need to vent about their worst than terrible service. Seriously if I could give no stars I would.
The first time I went here I was on my way to the beach with some friends. We just wanted to stop in quick for breakfast and coffee for the road. They have been advertising this new caramel latte that I really wanted to try. They were out of it, ok disappointing but I’ll get something else. I ended up with a vanilla latte that was decent, and I also ordered a breakfast sandwich. I asked for my egg white sandwich on a bagel instead of the flatbread it comes on, something I always do every time I go to a Dunkin Donuts, and you would have thought I was making the most outrageous request. The guy working the counter was so confused and just couldn’t figure out how to put my sandwich on a bagel instead of flatbread. At one point he told me I was being difficult for ordering that. Excuse me, but that is rude the way he spoke to me and also he should have known what to do. It took so long I almost cancelled my order.
The next time I went in I was on my way to Charlotte, again just looking to get a quick breakfast for the road. Once again, this was not possible here. I ordered the caramel latte that I wanted to try the last time I went, and this time the guy had NO idea what I was talking about. It’s literally plastered across the window as you walk in, that’s what made we want it in the first place. He was so confused about what I wanted so I pointed it out to him on the window, and he had to call a manager over to help him ring it up.
TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES DUNKIN DONUTS! Ugh so terrible, never going back.

Decent coffee; friendly service; donuts almost as good as Krispy Kreme. Would go again.
