When I am in the mood for creative ice cream blends, Ben and Jerry’s never disappoints. When you leave the Regal Cinemas at North Hills, it is right there 12 oclock, straight ahead… calling my name.
On this day, I went to redeem my free birthday treat: a scoop of ice cream in a cone or cup. I chose a cone of Turtle Cheesecake. I am usually a Butter Pecan girl, but it’s a special day so I decided to try this special concoction. But first, a taste test. That’s great about Ben & Jerry’s.they allow you to sample before you buy. My daughter got the cotton candy flavor which she enjoyed.

Excellent for sunny days and music in the tiny park nearby. I highly recommend just plain old chocolate ice cream in a cone, but you might as well try the other flavors too. Bring the kids, find some parking, and enjoy the walk as well as the surrounding folk.

Always a tasty treat after lunch or a movie. Recently tried the Hazed and Confused, which is hazelnut and chocolate. So good.

If I have to pick two best friends on a deserted island with me, they would be Ben and Jerry, but only if they can make their delicious frozen treat out of coconuts and sea water.
This B&J’s is the most convenient to me, and the most inconvenient to me. First, it’s only a short drive from my house, but it’s just far enough that I don’t want to ride over with my bike; if I do decide to drive over, I will have to fight with 500 other cars trying to find parking space underneath in North Hills parking deck.
Froyo is for those who follow hype; if you want real treats, get some good old ice cream right here.
When the weather is warm, this is just about the best place to enjoy a sweet milky dessert, sitting outside in the good weather, watching other folks’ kids running and tumbling and crying. North Hills is the best people watching mall. Trust me on this.

I certainly get hard to view what flavors are in, since a line blocks the view of all of them. The prices are always high to me. And, I wish they would bring back brownie batter as that was my favorite flavor of all time. I had the chocolate therapy that has pudding in it, and it was truly awful. Tasted like paste…

If you’ve wearied of the deluge of frozen yogurt places and just want some good ice cream, Ben & Jerry have you covered. Like most B&J’s scoop shops there is the assortment of «traditional» flavors as well as some of their limited edition batches. It’s not the cheapest ice cream place you’ll find, but it’s worth the money. And if that’s a problem, you can always hold out for their annual free cone day.
