A&w All American Food

Terrible «I really don’t care» service. Demonstrated by near all the staff.
I visited here because it’s obvious: I’m traveling, I’m hungry, and I am a captive, subject to whatever crappy airport food is available.
Well, I grew up loving A&W Root Beer, so I decided to make this my ‘victim-​choice’. I stood at the counter for about 4 minutes before anyone even came out of the back to check on customers. (1^st sign). Then as I was ordering, a man became irate with them; it seems he was tired of watching them serve customer after customer, and yet he simply ordered a side of ‘cheese curds’ which had not been delivered (sign 2). (Note to self — WTF is a cheese curd?). The very non-​motivated counter lady notified the kitchen lady, in which a debate ensued. It seems, the phantom cheese curds were given to the wrong customer (sign 3).
Eventually, kitchen lady goes back, cooks up this mystery-​meat called ‘cheese curds’, and delivers it to the man, who was trying to be as polite as possible, yet she couldn’t even utter «I’m sorry». In fact, her demeanor was much like she was try to say it was this man’s fault. (Sign 4)
My order came, the root beer was flat, and I asked for salt and ketchup. I was informed that I already had salt in the bag. Obviously, the manager doesn’t know how to run a restaurant. They were out of ketchup packets, so I guess my $ 11 burger and fries was helping to fund the cost of the plastic bowl and lid, which contained less ketchup than a packet. (Sign 5)
It just wasn’t worth complaining about the root beer or asking for more ketchup.
I’d recommend you pass on by this place.
