Four stars as when it comes to airport restaurants and food this establishment hits the nail on the head.
For airports — the atmosphere and surroundings are comfortable and inviting.
Sit in the open atrium area next to the glass and you can have a nice people watching experience.
I had the mussels and crab cake sandwich.
I was cautious in ordering the mussels but my waiter said they were fresh and I would like them… He was on point.
Very nice mussel dish and they were fresh. Most likely on ice before cooked but clean dish with no seafood smells… Which most restaurants cannot get with mussels.
Crab cake sandwich was ok but I would recommend a platter or entrée if you are looking for healthier options as sandwiches come with fries etc.
Top it off with a Sam adams and made me forget for a short time I was traveling all week.
Overall if you are in RDU and unsure where to spend some time and eat I would highly recommend this place.
My waiter was also very friendly and tentative.

Outstanding spicy fried oysters! Perfect seasoning and flavor. Delicious food which is rare to find at any airport. Please try it while you are waiting for your flight or even for the take out (takes less than 10 minutes). Highly recommended.

Yes, this us an airport location if a local restaurant, but the food and menu are solid! Where else can you get fresh and crisp fries oysters at an airport? Gotta love it, my go to place at RDU!
