We walked in to place an order. Started asking questions if they had deals and the kid kept pointing to the board behind him. We asked other questions, he just mumbled. We walked out and went to another sandwich place. Really weird experience.

I recently started getting the chopped Subway salads. I travel all over Massachusetts for work. This Subway was very disappointing. Normally the add lots of vegetables, chop them, add lettuce, then mix the dressing evenly. Not at this Subway. The old man put lots of lettuce into a bowl, sprinkled it with vegetables, barely chopped them, and splashed some dressing on at the end. I will not return to this location.

Eat fresh? What the heck? This place is literally infested with flies and bugs. The freshness of their eggs carefully lay within the inseams of the tomatoes maybe. The only thing fresh about this place are the employees. After I made a complaint about the flies, they told me «this is a subway, what do you expect?» All in all very disappointed with this subway franchise. Looks like Jared was dieting on fly eggs and bug poop.

The kids who were working there couldn’t have looked more miserable to be there. They didn’t speak above a whisper so it was uncomfortable to be there when it’s clear they didn’t want us there. Asked for a veggie on my sub and he put 4 small pieces on it. Asked for more and got a little more. Are you stupid? That’s not a reasonable amount especially for how much I pay for it. I’ll go elsewhere.

Well I drove past here recently and noticed there was a different staff than before. A few days later I decided to give it another shot. Its under new management. Staff is quick n attentive now. There was a long line and the two women behind the counter worked well together. Didn’t take much time to get thru the line. Sandwich was outstanding and there wasn’t any debris in the ice this time. In my opinion the place is back in business.

This is the best Subway I have been to. I don’t get why there are such bad reviews. The employees are always attentive and aren’t rude like the Subway in Braintree. There’s a guy that works the register in and is always so patient while you get exact change or if you can’t find your Subway card. It’s very clean and there are places to sit and eat.

Not the best Subway by far but they get it done. Have to say this one is better than the one a few blocks away in Quincy Center that is the size of a hole in the wall. I’m a big fan of the Subway chain and have been to a bunch, I’ve seen better

This place is possibly the worst Subway Around. Ordered a veggi patty sub. Was awe full the veggi patty was not fresh and could feel the last part being stale. They always make you wait longer than usual as they never refill their veggies and sauce and the soda tasted like someone had put some gas in it. Disgusting, to make matters worst the toilet is so dirty and also I did see the servers picking up food from the floor and putting it back on orders. Will never go back there

I had a Sub Yesterday. lhis Subway is under new management. What a change. Now they are fast. The place is very clean and they are very friendly. I could feel that they try to accomodate every customer. Excellent service and food

Ordered from the low calorie menu. I know. Watching too much biggest loser. Anyway, I had a 6 inch sweet onion teriyaki sandwich. Was tasty and service was quick. Very reasonable pricing. Now where do I go? I’m still hungry! :)

I just went there yesterday and ordered a meatball sandwich. I had to wait 4 minutes for them to heat up a new batch of meatballs to make the sub. When I got back to the office, the meatballs were still raw and undercooked. Totally inedible and beyond gross. Then, I bought a drink and went to get ice-the ice had black crap in it so I threw it out and tried the ice machine again. The same thing-black crap all in the ice. This place is disgusting and unsanitary. I will never go back there.
