Old donuts that taste like old nasty oil, we threw them away. Still, they keep busy in the mornings. How people tolerate such nasty quality is beyond me.

If there was a zero star option i would have chose that instead. I literally live accross the street so this location is super convenient. But nope I’d much rather drive 10 mins to marylous in quincy instead. I never ever get my coffee made the same here ever. This place is not worth anyones time.

Have been to this location twice. The first time was a relatively normal experience, there was a nice middle aged woman working here who served me up my drink. No problems there. The second time I came here I attempted to go through the drive through. The van in front of me was at the speaker for about 5 min waiting to order. When someone started taking his order I could hear them screaming. This was frightening so I decided to go into the store to avoid the drive through person. Inside the store a young man and woman were working. The first thing I heard them say is, «I hate this place. I want to go home.» Myself also hating the working life, I could empathize with the disgruntled teen. Next the girl said to him, «Yea, I just told that guy to fuck off!» obviously talking about the customer at the drive through. Figuring these two were just having a bad day and giving them the benefit of the doubt I ordered my drink, a large carmel ice coffee, light on the ice. My server repeatedly asked me if I wanted caramel swirl which is not even a flavor I’ve heard them offer at Dunkin Doughnuts. As I watched the employees make drinks I noticed that the woman was pouring a cup half way full of chocolate sauce then adding caramel flavor on top of that. It seemed she had no idea what she was doing. I watched as my server put so much ice into my cup that it was actually overflowing the cup. Not exactly light on the ice. He then filled up the cup two thirds of the way with cream. At this point I was sufficiently disturbed enough by the twos constant yelling about customers and their jobs and I could also see that even if I took that drink there would be no way I could choke it down and would inevitably throw it out. Why pay for that? So I left. There’s a Starbucks down the street at the Roche Brothers. They don’t swear at customers or destroy your drink.

I buy the same coffee at Dunkins everytime. Why does this one charge more???
