It’s not worth the $ 6 you pay for a medium pizza. It’s was like soggy bread with hardly no cheese. Will never order from there again. I tried over a friends house and it wasn’t bad. So I figured I give it a try. Do not recommend. Unless you have a low budget.

Worse service ever!!! I waited over an hr for my food for me to call back the third time and they tell me that the driver went back with The food because I «didn’t answer» my phone! The store rep then proceeded to tell me that I can come pick it up at the store, no apologies nothing! Worse ever and I hope the manager sees this and does something about it!

Ordered on New Year’s Day and delivery was quick! Food was good as always and affordable. Only downside was the delivery charge. $ 4 delivery charge was hefty, I don’t know if that’s the usual charge for delivery, maybe it’s just a surcharge for the holiday. Tipped the driver $ 7. Don’t forget to tip your drivers!

3 $ delivery charge that doesn’t go to the driver? Where does it go? Why am I getting charged 3 $ for delivery if it doesn’t even go to my driver? This specific dominos is awful to order delivery from. Every single time I get delivery from here it takes more than DOUBLE the amount of time they say it is gonna take. Tonight they took 35 minutes longer than they said it would take. They will never see a dime of my money ever again

Called for 2 large pizza for pick up, I asked NOT to cut the pizza, as I like to eat it as it is not cut. When I arrived there my order was ready BUT they have cut it. The employee there was unprofessional when he told me that the pizza was cut by mistake, he did Not apologize for the mistake neither offered me a compensation for the mistake. The problem was that my child were sleeping in the car & I have to drive them home and come back to take the correct one. After that the employe apologize to me for the mistake. I will not order from this branch in the future, I would rather go for another branch of dominos.

Decided to give Domino’s another chance. Ordered pizza and cheesy bread… and they forgot the marinara sauce. This is the second time in a row that there’s been a problem! 2 for 2. I called the store and they said they’d send the driver over to get me it… NEVER CAME. This is unbelievable!

Not that this is some kind of gourmet bakery anyway, but the Cinna Stix at this Dominos absolutely suck. They are dry and crunchy like a cracker, and the cinnamon topping is dry. It isn’t gooey and moist like one would expect. You’re expecting a cinnamon bun in stick form right? Well that’s not what this is. Its a crusty turd that came out of a toaster and was sprinkled with some sugar. So do not waste your money on the Cinna Stix at this Dominos!

No stars. Ordered several items through the app. Had to pay online for the items and not all were delivered. The manager refused to correct the error without my paying for an item, that I had already paid for, again. I can say that I will not be going to dominoes again. So much for the customer always being right.

I wouldn’t know how this Dominos compares to others because every time I call (usually late at night after a few drinks) either no one answers the phone, or if they do, they tell you they’re closed.
The tipping point was when I called around 1:15 a.m. one Saturday night after going out in Boston.
A woman answered saying they were closed. I somewhat sarcastically asked, «Then why did you answer the phone?», to which she replied, «You tell me», and then hung up.
Let’s be honest, a large amount of people ordering Dominos are drunk and are looking for some late night eats. It would behoove this Dominos to realize this.
I’ve ordered from other Dominos as late as 2 a.m., but for some reason, this one closes way earlier. Really annoying. Look elsewhere for your (post) midnight snacks.

If you haven’t tried the hand-​made pan pizza at Domino’s then you haven’t lived. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this Domino’s. The crew is obviously kick a$$ and deserve a huge raise in pay. When I pay $ 6.99 for a pizza I’m not paying for quality here. I’m paying for a delicious greasy and drunk midnight snack. Like the reviewer said below «It’s Domino’s».

Every time I have less than stellar service, there’s no way to put it on their pizza tracker. The pizza order was placed 1 ½ hours ago with a delivery time of 40 minutes. I’m still waiting and there’s no way to rate my «online ordering experience».

It’s Domino’s — you get what you are expecting in terms of food quality, and that’s a good thing. Five stars because the service is prompt and courteous, and the restaurant looks very sanitary (this should be, but is NOT a given in the Quincy area). I’ve ordered for delivery several times from this location and the pizza has always arrived in the delivery window and hot.

I called the store after I placed my 2nd order to make sure I would get exactly what I wanted — and it came exactly how I wanted.

They close at midnight. My order was placed and confirmed online at 11:39 and never came. No one ever picked up the phone when I called to check the status. Very unprofessional. They skipped out early and charged me twice, for nothing.

It’s Dominoes. They have a new way of making their pizza and it’s not horribly bad. Every Dominoes is the same. If you like Dominoes, then you go to Dominoes. If you don’t. You don’t go. A chain, is a chain, is absolutely the same.
This location. It’s just not as sketchy as the one I was going to in Dorchester. *high five* for not getting mugged.

This Domino’s is okay. I mean, IT IS Domino’s and I AM hungry (and drunk), so it’s acceptable but than again it’s not. All these commercial saying that Domino’s is made fresh and whatnot… garbage. Domino’s is my last resort if I don’t have a Celeste pizza in the freezer. Delivery usually takes a good 40 minutes and I’m surprised that I haven’t blacked out before it gets there.
My girlfriend and I came to the conclusion that Domino’s must really only do business between the hours of 10:30pm and 2:00am, and that the only reason you don’t mind is the fact that you are complete trashed to know any better.
