My usual go to place. Great location. Staff are usually friendly and quick at the drive thru so it eases my morning routine and makes it a little bit more enjoyable to go to work. Staff are polite and greet you with a smile. Love starting off my mornings at McDonald’s. Their app with new offers every week are amazing!

I ordered the # 1 breakfast meal and they charged an extra .59cents for a tea instead of coffee! RIDICULOUS!!!

Yo listen — i love mcdonalds. Like 7 days a week love.
But i seriously want to throat punch everyone who works at this location. Don’t yall watch The Profit? 3 P’s…people, process, product.
You fail at all 3. Some ignorant people up in there. Yall gonna be flipping burgers for a loooooong time.
Your pick up station process is so retarded. No one knows wtf is going on. And yall better smile at me everytime i come in. I wanna see some teeth.

I went to purchase a meal but I was curious on what happy meal they carried. So I asked the cashier what toy they had today (it was during the times minions were the happy meal toy) and the cashier said we don’t have any toys and walked away to do something else, assuming I didn’t want to place an order for food. I understand her point of view but I was insulted and now I feel like it’s a game of roulette every time I walk in to order. I sense nobody wants to help me but I guess I am now traumatized from feeling like a 2^nd class citizen.

I love lemonade!!! I stopped by to get a classic lemonade over ice, it was 3.26 for a large could you believe that they didn’t fill it to the top !!! The price is ridiculous anyways but what was more annoying was the fact that they didn’t give me a full cup… They do the same with the fries charge high prices and jip you on your serving!

This McD’s is seriously lacking in customer service … from the manager Mark down to the cashiers. I guess they feed off his attitude. Not sure why manager Mark is so upset and angry, but maybe time for a new job. If the owner caught you talking to the customers in such a rude manner. you would definitely be looking for a new job. Maybe it’s time to go back to Hamburger University to touch up on your managerial skills … because the poor attitude washes down to the rest of the staff. Rudeness is not going to endure you to the customers, and considering happy customers are your livelihood, maybe time to rethink what’s important. Lemme help you … step 1: greet the customers with a smile. Step 2: thank the customer with a smile when the order is complete. McD’s is losing money hand over fist … you may want to fix it with proper customer service.

Have you ever been to a McDonald’s before and just stared at the menu and said «damn I wish it wasn’t 2:30 in the morning and there was a deli or a pizza joint open right now? Well that’s what I said while in the drive-​thru lane right at this very location. I went for a few grilled chicken snack wraps. They were o.k., but I would’ve preferred a turkey, ham, American cheese and some honey mustard on a hero… but that wasn’t a menu option. I’m not sure about the inside dining area, but the drive-​thru is ²⁴⁄₇.

Food is the same as every other McDonald’s. Looks like a big place, but seriously cramped. No play area for kids. They’re very unfriendly about high chairs: you can’t bring one from the 1^st floor to the 2^nd floor, even though there is nothing posted. Tables and benches are very cramped. You would think one of the major contributors to obesity and weight related disorders would be more accommodating towards their growing customer base.

I don’t eat McDonald’s much. but when I do. I usually prefer this location. The usual selection of McDonald’s menu items. The only good thing that makes this location stand out from the rest in the Bayside area? It has ample seating. Place can get packed on the weekends. but you can almost always find a seat for a quick bite.

One of the better Mcdonalds I frequent for dinner or a late snack. The staff can change from time to time but I am still satisfied with the food and service. I am an advocate for fast food because of my life style and have had some disgusting fast food and service from other franchise establishments. I am not comparing this review to other McDonald’s but with their competitors as well so this is my rating based on the fast food market within the Bayside neighborhood and we all know the competition is fierce along Northern (Nordern) Blvd.

The worst McDonald’s, the workers are rude and have an attitude. Manager is incredibly rude and they always get my order wrong.

Standard McDonald’s fare, in any case it is not cheap. Ordered two items for lunch. Asked for a refill, for the machines are behind the counter. The worker stated, We don’t do refills here. Pretty it sums up what this McDonald’s is about. No wonder the company is going down the drain vs Burger King.

What a bunch off misfits that work their those girls with a attitude their should be on the unemployment line. I seen them yell at people mess up my order everytime i go there something has to be done… and yes these are the people that will be their for the rest of their lives… Aim high!

This place has not steered me wrong yet. I work during the graveyard shift (zombie hours) and this being a 24 hour place, I can order my food, pay and leave through the drive through within less than 8 minutes in a moderate line. I have a Mcdonalds near my work area and it does not compare to this. I actually get the right food and the burger meat is not served frozen like the one near Whitestone Lanes. Even my milkshake came spectacular. Tons of parking and if you are here in the day it has multi-​level seating so there is no waiting for a table… well unless its during a heavy lunch break… lol

Don’t bother going to this location. Horrible ice coffee and messed up my son’s order. Forgot his fries and happy meal toy.

As a reward for being so brave at the dentist we let my son chose what we were going to have for dinner, he chose McDonald’s cause he wanted the happy meal toy. So my wife and I figured we may as well let them run around in the jungle gym so we came to this location and asked if there was a play area for the kids. The woman says yes, so we order food and head upstairs to find some video games that are broken. Um… great thanks lady.
The food was standard McDonald’s food. We thought service other than the first lady was ok, except we realized… wait they forgot to give us the Happy Meal toys… that was the whole reason we went. After a little bit of having to prove ourselves they eventually gave in. We ended the meal with Caramel Sundaes and Apple Pie, then I realized the reason we came here to begin with, darn it, chalk another one up to bad parenting… Ddoh!

There’s no decaf iced coffee, which means I have to settle for hot decaf coffee when it’s scorching out. However, $ 1 for any sized premium coffee is difficult to beat, so I won’t complain. The drive thru at this location can be a pain. I did order a small decaf coffee, but somehow ended up with a medium when I pulled up to the window. Since there is no difference in price, I could care less.

So I haven’t been to McDonald’s in a while, but we were in Bayside for a wedding and it took us less time to get there than we thought so we figured we’d get a coffee and a bit to eat.
First of all, the other reviews about the horrible customer service as pretty much spot on. They got the coffee wrong too, which pretty much starts and finishes the «McCafe» experience for me. Finally, we each got a hamburger to hold us over until later… and my girlfriend’s had a BITE out of it. At least they replaced the burger, but they never even apologized or offered our money back!
In addition, the place is filthy. There are plenty of other places to get a quick bite on Northern Blvd — stay away from this one!
