We got the panda feast… 2 large orange chicken and 1 large chicken and mushroom. Kids ate orange chicken I had mushroom chicken. I ended up very sick last night. If you go there stick to the fast movers like orange chicken and go during peak times so food will be hopefully fresh

Service was ok, the lady didn’t understand English all to well and was confusing the cashier. She didn’t know how to converse with the customer. The food, pretty heinous. It’s basically Subway or this place so for nutritional value I went with Panda. The chicken hardly taste like chicken, although I like the crunchiness of their chicken portions, I wonder where the chicken is sometimes. Their new short ribs are fair, one piece was so fatty and tough I couldn’t eat it. The portion size of the rice/noodles compared to the entrees is where they get you. I really don’t need all that. The mark up on their food must be insane. $ 8.50 for 3 entrees, you must get between $ 2-$ 3 in food.

I’ve gone here intermittently over the last 11 years, and today I noticed they seem to be watching the portions like a hawk. The server was rationing out the chicken teriyaki like it was made of gold, though she was generous with the orange chicken and I wondered if she wanted to get rid of it. I also noticed the veggie spring rolls looked tiny in comparison to the last time I was there. I commented on the chicken rationing to the server; she grudgingly added a tiny piece of chicken and two chicken shreds. Then she stood there and looked at me. I said I’d be back in a minute, and left. Maybe she enjoyed my meal. I don’t know if the rationing is per management’s instructions or just this employee, but I won’t be returning to the Panda Express Power & Queen Creek location anytime soon.

Dont get me wrong, my family and I are huge panda fans! No complaints about the food. But this particular location is not the best. My sisters(who are in high school) have gone in multiple times just to order to go and are constantly treated poorly by the staff. They are given looks and are spoken down to. l’m very disappointed with their customer service.

What do you really expect from a review on a chain? It’s notoriously known fast food chains aren’t the peak of 5 star dining. So to review based on the food… eh, kinda pointless. So I usually review based off of everything else. It was pretty dead when my wife and I went in to kill time before her students science fair. It was clean. The staff was out in the dining room wiping down tables and sweeping when no one was ordering. They were also friendly and welcoming. I think we had good timing because the food didn’t look like it had been sitting there all day. Plus, Panda is the only place that has the best peach Brisk tea.

Typical Panda Express. Reasonably tasting fast-food asian food. Very happy to see them in Queen Creek. Quickest and cheapest asian in the QC.

Typical panda express. Great orange chicken and chow mein. Everything is fresh and just hard to beat when you want this style food fast. I am just glad they have one closer to us in the further out areas of Queen Creek.
