Stay clear of this place. The staff was SO rude, and you can get a much better manicure for way less at other local salons!
First off, I came in with a friend — and they didn’t event attempt to put us in the same area… I was sent way to the back while my friend stayed up front at their ‘nail bar’. All I wanted was a simple gel manicure… the tech who did my nails did not even speak directly to me once!
… the tech working across from us, with a client and actually TOOK a private phone call while doing someone’s nails! She was setting up an appointment for herself… ‘oh good, that’s when I get off of work — so…’ conversation continued.
Now let me tell you about the manicure I had… while doing my nails I noticed fuzz kind of lingering amongst the are and it kept getting caught on the tech’s hands and by the bottles, etc. Well — looked like some had gotten stuck in one of the layers of my thumb, and when I asked her to correct it, she actually said — ‘what, you want me to take it off and start over on that one?!’ REALLY… YES, that’s exactly what I want you to do! !!!
Overall just really underwhelmed by their sense of professionalism!
OH — and the manicure was $ 30… I’ve had way better manicures at other salons in the area.

The staff was not polite. The lady that did my nails did a horrible job and even after I told her I didn’t want glitter on my nails she still put it on. She took it off after I ask and after the front desk lady said it looked like a blob on my finger. Their is still glitter on ONE nail and instead of drawing hearts on my nail (which I asked) she put fake dis colored heart which feel off in a week. I paid $ 50 for the worst full set of my life.

Love this place! They were super nice and so gentle! My pedi was ultra relaxing and they didn’t mind that my little boy tagged along! 5 stars for their friendly attitude and awesome work! :)

They’ve gone really downhill. I’m never fully satisfied anymore. When I got waxed there I told her what I wanted done to fix my eye brows from a previous waxing there, said it couldn’t be done and that was really the final straw for me. I started going to Greenfield Nails on Greenfield/​Warner and it is AMAZING. All services are done perfectly with no problems and a hilarious personable staff. I’ll never go back to Fusion after finding this place.

I went to fusion for a gel manicure. The nail technician was friendly by conversing with me. She did a good job on the nails and took my request to heart. The only downside was the nail polish I chose was a little lighter than what I thought and the white of the nail could be slightly seen. I believe it was not their fault. Overall, I was satisfied with the job

This is definitely my favorite nail salon. It’s so beautiful inside. I actually feel like I’m in an upscale nail salon as opposed to your average nail place. Everyone is so nice and there’s a wide selection of colors to choose from. I would recommend this salon to everyone.

I’ve been to this nail salon 2 times. First time needed a mani and pedi before a holiday party Dec. 6^th. I had an hour and was only going to do a pedi. They said they could do both no problem. It was rushed and the guys who did my nails w gel was nice, but he said it was 15 and when I went to pay it was 30. My fault for not asking at check in. It all peeled off in a week. I wanted to give them another try and took my girls as a treat for pedicures before Christmas. I asked this time the price. $ 15 each for kids. Perfect. I sat girls down to start their nails and went to pick out color. The tech could only work on two of us so my younger one felt left out. We had to wait for her rush job. I had to point out where polish was missing in nails several times. The tech did a Christmas design on both of my girls big toes. I thought that was a nice touch until I went to pay. Their 15 $ pedicures went from 15 – 20 because the girls had a design. No one cleared that with me. I was not happy they snuck that in. I feel I could have done better myself. Beware of surprised charges. I will not be back.

Found this place on Unilocal.I got a pedicure. They had a special for $ 20 for a pedicure with hot rock massage. It was really nice and they did a great job on my pedicure. I paid an extra $ 5 for callus removal which was worth it. I’ll definitely go back.

Customer service is their number 1 priority. They always do such a great job as well!

I convinced my husband to go with me to get a mani/​pedi and I was glad I did. Best mani/​pedi I have ever had. Highly recommend the #2. I used to go to Bella but this is my new go to spot. Great customer service.

Went to Fusion Nails on Power Road yesterday afternoon and had the best pedicure and gel manicure I have had in a long time! Fawn (sp) was my nail technician and the leg and foot massage was superb and the nail polish application professional and lovely. And then she outdid herself on the hand massage and wonderful application of the gel polish on my hands. Highly recommend this studio and Fawn in particular!!!
