Preston and his team make buying a bike really fun! I recently purchased a Giant Stance 27.5 2 from them and their knowledge and friendliness is the reason I chose to purchase from them. A bonus is I received points to purchase free equipment from them and I get free tune-​ups for life. Tough to beat that.

I’m a beginner cyclist and recently went to a team sponsored cycling camp. I learned in camp that you should find a «wrench» that you will build a relationship with. This will ensure that the wrench will know your needs and how to help you! I started going to Bike Direct right after camp and was still showing Preston pictures of what I needed because I had no idea!!! Here is a picture of a tube lol! He is so nice and helpful. Recently my pulley cracked and my husband thought we should just change out the whole thing. Preston was so honest and told us we didn’t really need to and to just grow with the bike first! Preston will be my forever wrench!!!

We needed a tire and tube and stopped in yesterday. What a great comedic experience. Preston and his crew had a great sense of humor and provided excellent customer service. He showed me two choices, which took me forever to decide, but he showed patience and had a great attitude. He also told me if I wrote this review and said how awesome he was he would do the install for free. bribes. Preston? There illegal. j/k.I’ll be adding Bikes Direct to my little black book for any future bike needs, for sure!.. Great Experience.
Now. only if the store carried cupcakes & beer. Now that would have made it even better! (inside joke, peeps)

I cannot say enough about the Bike Direct store in Queen Creek. Rocky and Nick were so nice to me when I needed my roadster bike tires and tubes. I’m older than average and that didn’t even matter to them. They took the time to teach me things about a bike that I didn’t even buy there. If you don’t give them a try you’re crazy. Got it done same day I called and picked it up the next morning!

This place is excellent! Preston is the manager here and he’s always treated us like royalty. He was extremely helpful with finding the bike we wanted and finding/​installing the accessories (even if it meant transferring stuff from another location). He even threw in a tune up for our old bike when we picked up our new one! He went above and beyond, and he definitely earned himself some lifetime customers! We’ll be coming back for all of our wants/​needs.

My ancient Specialized (USA made) was so hard to pedal, seriously thought about trading it in. Instead when I took it to Bikes Direct in Queen Creek, they said it was still a good old bike, so I got a tune up. No pressure in any way, Jake was super. Picked it up today, it was nice and clean, and the RIDE was awesome!!! They even cleaned out the shifter, and got all the gears working! Trent was the mechanic who did the work. He is the man you want to go see if you have a bike that has lost its former glory and is no longer fun to ride. Thank you so much!

I absolutely loved them! They were super helpful and friendly. Every person I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable of not only the products they had there but others that they didn’t carry as well.
They took my bike and did a fantastic job on the tune up. They really went above and beyond. Love Love Love this store and would recommend it to all new bikers like myself!

How does this store stay in business? When a business states that they will do something then do it. This store took my money did a horrible job and then acted as if they were doing me a favor when I asked for them to fix it. I say drive to Global Bikes in Gilbert instead.
