Buffalo Wild Wings

Ok wings, wait was so long last time we went, it wasn’t worth the wait. I also ordered a salad that was ok, Overpriced!

The waiter came over. His name was Chico. I asked him questions about the lemonade and I didn’t want something fake, so we offered me the specialty lemonades which are the same lemonade with extras. I said, «you’re not listening, I don’t want something fake. Then I asked about the beers and since I’m not really a drinker I don’t know one brand from another, but at least it’s natural. Hey plunked down a huge menu and asked me to look through it even after I told him I didn’t have my glasses. He said he had «other tables to tend to, and he was busy» or something like that. What a way to treat customers! Mind you this was during the off hours at around 3 o’clock when it is not extremely busy around here. The next thing I know, another waitress comes up to my table and tells me that he’s asked her to be my waitress, without an introduction or without telling me there’s a change out. Then I see him take the table across from me with seven people at it. I get it. You just handed off the single person for seven people so you can get more tips and he thinks the customer does not notice.
This is not boding well with a first time visitor. The new waitress did an adequate job. She took my order or rather confirmed my order. She came back to check on it once I received it. And she came back to asked me if I needed anything, which was to –go materials & a bag etc. She was adequate. Nothing spectacular, but got the job done, without the self-​involved, I’m too busy to wait on you, I’m god’s gift to a restaurant that Chico had. That kind of arrogance just doesn’t represent a restaurant well. He did work hard I watched him run around and work hard. But he has no patience, and he doesn’t listen. And he is time to tell you stories about what days he works in which mornings he works but apparently he has no time to help you select a beverage.
The food? Well… For a place that name says buffalo wings… You think their wings would be really good. They tasted like frozen wings they were thrown in the fire. The barbecue honey sauce was really good. The cheese curd poppers were OK. I ordered a beer. Just for the small wings, small side of cheese poppers, I have beer and that’s it my bill came to over $ 25! With tip it was $ 28 out the door just for basically appetizer servings, for one person! For this price I could’ve gone and had a steak dinner with the big potato and soup and a lemonade somewheres else. And all for the privilege of eating off of carnival paper boats.
I guess this place is about sports on TV in there? They have a lot of employees but not a lot of service. Nobody’s even watching the TVs so I don’t know if they’re paradigm is a very good one.
You know I think I’m going to go to my new barbecue place that smokes their barbecue that does a really good job and the owner is the operator and sometimes the waiter and he gives a shit about his customers and building his business. He serves wings but I haven’t tried them yet. I’ve had his rib tips which are great. I’ve had his regular ribs rack ribs which is great. I’ve had his pulled chicken. I’ve had his turkey barbecue which is awesome. It’s pouring bet is great so now I think I need to go over there and ask him to make me some wings and see what happens. He takes great pride in his menu… So I was around the center town and wanting to see a movie and shop and I thought I’d stop in here, but clearly I think between the price which is inflated, the lack of service, and the mediocre food, it’s really just not worth coming in.
I tend to write Unilocal reviews because when you have a manager come or they tend to just placate you and smile and apologized a few times. They don’t really train the staff any differently. I figure by putting it on Unilocal or can really impact what people read, that the franchise owner would then take notice and do some corrections. That is my hope at least.

It’s ok. The food was average. Great TV and game watching I bet.

Horrible. Should have known better after having two bad experiences here, but gave it a shot again and it was the worst experience yet. Sat down and ordered drinks, asked if we could order food at the same time and the server said no because he needed to get another tables food order in first. Didn’t make sense to me, but no biggie. Our drinks came and my beer was a large instead of the small I ordered. Again, no biggie. Then I took a drink of the beer and it was just below room temperature. When our server returned, I explained that my beer was not cold and asked for a Pepsi instead. Our food came out rather quickly. I ordered a burger and potato wedges with cheese. There was 1 potato wedge that had cheese and while inspecting the lack of cheese I noticed there was a black hair coming out of the wedges!!! I asked for he manager and explained today’s experience as well as the fact that my family is now on our third visit with a horrible experience. He apologized and they made me a new order of food. He also took care of our entire bill sans the beer my wife drank. I appreciate what they did today after having issues, but this place needs to get it together and raise their standards in a hurry if they are going to be successful. Queen Creek is growing and it’s a shame this is what we get with a business 1 year old…

The staff and management are very friendly. I came tonight to watch UFC 199 which they are one of the only bars here in QC showing it. This will for sure be my go-​to for the fights from now on.

We’ve been here 5 minutes already and no service yet. We decided to just order drinks from the bartender, well I guess that was a mistake too, he seemed very bothered to have to stop what he was doing to make some money. When our server finally came to us he was concerned why we had already ordered drinks, he said he was serving the table 2 down from us that’s why it was taking so long, ha! What a lie, Noone was getting served, he wasn’t even in the dining section. Good food, bad service… we will rethink where we go.

We are going to leave due to the loudness of the basketball game. The commercials are painful on the ears. Put the music back in so all patrons can enjoy their sports.
Horrible !!! Ruined family night out

They terrible service began with the hostess. First off when I walked into the restaurant it was full of dirty tables and about 3 parties waiting, 4 including myself. I walked the floor to see if my husband had arrived then proceeded outside to sit on the bench to wait. After he arrived and we waited about 20 minutes I went inside to see how much longer. (I was told it would be just a moment) when I looked at the «list» my name was in the middle of the page with several underneath my name that were crossed of and seated. She said it would be another moment, again looking around there were still several dirty tables. My buzzer went off and we approached the hostess stand. She wanted to seat is T a handicap table on the end I asked to not sit them because I didn’t want to be bumped… my husband due to previous military does not like to sit on the outside… so I knew that was my seat… she proceeded to move unto a small table and I asked for a booth… she said she does not seat parties of two in booths… but again there was 2 six tops and 4 four top tables dirty, 3 dirty booths but a line of 2 seaters clean. We decided to take the first table where I enjoyed being bumped into all evening.
So then we proceeded to wait 15 minutes to be greated… greated by wow I just got triple sat… Ohhh really in what clean table??? And the. We were told food is taking 30 minutes… we ordered and ordered chips and salsa since it was going to be a long wait… we asked for more salsa and after the server coming back 4 times to see if we got the salsa it arrived… then our cold dinner… my husband asked for more salsa and again she checked on us several times to see if we got it. I told her to never mind… she said are you sure because you are being charged for it… ohhhhh really… so you can tell me the food is going to take 30 minutes but you won’t disclose you just charged me for the salsa and extra BBQ sauce I asked for. I don’t care about the cost, it’s the courtesy and respect.
We won’t be back. Thank goodness queen creek is growing and our options are as well.

Never been a fan of BWW because I haven’t had great experiences in the past, but the location in Queen Creek is awesome! My boyfriend wanted to go last night because he heard they were serving sweet corn nuggets (which he had been craving) our server Paul B told us that it was a special that they were running the week before but he would see if they had any more left. Ric, the manger, personally delivered them to our table. They were amazing, definitely something that should be on the menu permanently! I had boneless Asian Zing wings which were also delicious. It was nice to see a manager actually taking time to run food and talk to guest which I rarely see at a restaurant any more these days, and Paul was great. We will most definitely be back.

Our first time at this location changed our minds completely about BWW. We had a horrendous experience at the Gilbert location a couple years ago and were hesitant to try again… but we are so happy we did! The service was friendly, in particular the Guest Experience rep, Aaron. He made the evening much more interesting and fun! He let us try several different beers and wing flavors. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio, which was spacious and had lots of TVs. The music was great and food was delicious! Thank you for changing our mind about BWW!

For some reason every time I go to a BWW I am disappointed for whatever reason. This time was no different. The girl on the phone had absolutely no personality when speaking with me. She just did her job. The same goes for the female when I picked up my order. The wings were good but the other food was sub par. I could have ordered a better chicken sandwich at Chickfila or any fast food place for half the cost. Same goes with the fries that I received. I don’t mind paying $ 25 plus dollars for a meal, but only if the food is actually good. I thought I’d give this new location a try since I am a local. I have to say I will not be returning or recommending BWW to anyone else. Did I mention the fries were terrible?

Update: Live in QC — love wings and beer — never been back. I drive to Zipps (even though beer selection isn’t that good) for wings.

I havent found ‘my meal’ here. Most food I’ve had is meh, blah (street tacos — hard dry tortillas 2x, philly-​ish sand with pico and nacho cheese — salty, nacho cheese cold, steak salad — salty steak the was chopped up super small, wings — asian zing flavor LOVED, pretzel — good, nachos — gross, old chili tasting, artichoke dip — gross, Buffalo wing chicken sand — good)
Because I don’t really like wings as a meal, and don’t like to eat fried chicken, I really wouldn’t return… except my better half loves it. And, once in a while he wins :) It’s too bright in there too. Bring sunglasses to sit at the bar.

It’s a shame that every place that pops up out here in the San Tan Valley area has a tendency to get bad reviews from unreasonably negative people.
BWW is awesome to have out here. Not only because it’s something new, but this location in particular is consistently pleasant. Good service, good food, short waits (if there is one). Never had any problem here at all and each time my family and I visit reinforces its presence on our «go-​to» list of STV/​QC restaurants.

Arrived before the crowd but it still took 10 minutes to get a waiter. Food took quite a while to arrive. Food was good, not great. Waiter was very attentive. Mediocre at best. Glad I had a gift card.

1^st visit to this new location in Queen Creek. We attended my daughters High School Cheer fundraiser and had an excellent experience. Our service was great by Haylee at a high top table and the manager, Ben, made his rounds thanking us for dining with them that evening.
We arrived in time for Happy Hour prices that I believe go till 7pm.
Very clean and friendly staff.
Thank you BWW for supporting the community and Casteel High School Cheer. We will definitely be back.

Tonight was my first time ever eating at a Buffalo Bills. We won’t be going back. Took 2 adults and 3 kids. We had hamburgers, boneless wings (mini chicken strips) and chicken strips.
I asked for my hamburger to be medium cooked, still pink, and was told they cook everything medium well because the patties are frozen. Ugh. After waiting 40 min for our food, we were pretty disappointed. Hamburgers were terribly dry. Mine was warm at best, not hot. Even the fries were dry. They do have free refills on the soda, which is good because you’ll need it to wash down the dry hamburger.
My family of 5 spent $ 70 before the tip. Next time we’ll just go across the street to Smashburger.

I have only ever been to a BWW twice. And this will probably be the last. The first time I was in DC at least 6 years ago, and I don’t remember being overwhelmed. This time:
Our server is trying her heart out and hauling butt to get it all done. But wings are dry sauce so we had to ask for more. Had to get up and get our own napkins. No silverware with food. Had to ask for those.
Naked tenders appear to have been sitting around to come out. I had also asked for veggies instead of fries (WW program). I guess I expected a steamed brocolli mix or something. Instead I just got a fistful of carrots and celery. You get 4, 3″ tenders and a fistful of carrots and celery for $ 9?
Next time I’ll grill it at home.

Esther at takeout did a great job tonight.
Very thorough on getting our order right and saved us a trip back by dbl checkng our order.
Great Experience

After a not so good take out experience we went to eat in. Very satisfied this time. Excellent waitress and delicious food. My wife got the sampler and I got the buffalo chicken wrap. No complaints here.
