Olympic Landscape & Irrigation

I’m only giving one star due to the fact that I can’t give less.
From the beginning consult, to the finished product, this company was not capable of delivering on anything they promised.
Meetings and project start dates were constantly rescheduled due to their inefficiency; information took repeated promptings to get answers on, in some cases, never followed through on.
During the actual install, they took «artistic» liberty with my landscape design (without consulting me) and placed plants wherever they felt like it.
Communication from the top down was lacking or non-​existent.
No follow through on anything promised, no return to the site for final walk through or inspection of completed work.
Seriously the most incompetent group of people I’ve ever dealt with, and never again.
I complained to the project manager, who never responded or followed up on any of my concerns.
I’m actually not sure how they’re still in business, honestly.

Olympic did several irrigation systems in our neighborhood, including ours. They are a top-​notch company with very fair/​competitive pricing. The quality of the sprinkler heads/​equipment are far superior to the system I had installed at my Kent property.
I have Olympic do all my yearly irrigation services and have recommended them to my friends.
