This place is great! They came out gave us a bid and came in below the quoted price! It looks amazing and the sound of running water in the back yard is so relaxing. They have came back after the installation to make sure it was running 100% highly recommended !!!

Mark installed a pondless water feature at my house 10 years ago. They have spent time training me on how to maintain the feature and have helped me with settling issues. My water feature is one of the best things at my house and the Pond Store service and team are exceptional.
Highly recommend adding a feature to your home and using the Pond store to do the work! They are the best.

We had Mark the Pond Guy and his crew install a pond/​waterfall for our Koi. He had some of the most beautiful ponds we have seen. The pond was placed right off our patio where we can enjoy the beauty of it every day. We have enjoyed watching nature come to our pond! When we had a small issue they came out the next business day and repaired it. We could not be happier with our decision to use this company. Did I mention we LOVE our pond.

I usually like going to small privately owned companies, but this place is strictly amateur hour. The «crew» they send out for pond cleaning is one guy who doesn’t speak much English. After he damaged my pond, they declined to fix the problem, but they would sell me a brand new, multi-​thousand $ installation! Stay away from these guys.

«Mark the Pond Guy» and his team at The Pond Store are hands down your best option when it comes to water features, be it a pond, «pondless» waterfall, etc. I do renovation work by trade and am very OCD about design and every water feature they have built for me has come out more impressive than I envisioned. While initially I had considered building my own ponds so I could dictate the placement of every single rock (Mark even teaches classes on how to build your own ponds) after having our first pond installed by Mark’s crew I had no question that it was worth the additional expense given their design skills and ability to make the finished project look much more natural than many less experienced installers, and the crew frequently asked me throughout the process if I was happy with things and went out of their way to make sure I was delighted with the results.
Having worked with Mark on over a dozen water features my best advice is error on the side of going a little larger rather than scaling back to keep costs down. Of course a water feature can be a significant expense and if you are like me you’ll probably be focused more on your budget during the design phase but every time I’ve questioned cutting a corner to keep costs down the instant the work was completed I was glad I’d spent the extra money and given these features are built to last for years and can transform your yard into a mini oasis it will be worth every penny!!!
