Abbey Carpet & Floor

We had laminate flooring installed by Abbey Carpet and Flooring. The whole process was easy and we are very happy with our new floors. We were also able to take our time deciding and the salesman we worked with was helpful and available, but never pushy. The install was also completed ahead of schedule.

My husband and I had a GREAT experience utilizing Abbey Carpet & Floor to install engineered wood flooring throughout our condo. We worked with Jim Cate through the purchasing and scheduling process. Jim was wonderful in helping us pick a flooring product that matched our needs. We were wary about getting flooring from China, so Jim found us an American-​made flooring product that was gorgeous and just what we wanted. We also found Jim very responsive in communication, which is great when dealing with remodeling the home.
Scheduling was quick, and install went terrific. Randy and Bailen were our installers, and they treated our home with respect and were beyond courteous. These guys were real craftsman and took care of every detail. Randy even apprehended a nasty wasp that got into the home. I was nervous about having workmen in the home, but Randy and Bailen were superb. Our condo now feels like a brand new place and looks like a showroom! Thanks for making this process such a good experience!

We loved working with Abbey Carpet! We worked with Maureen and she did a great job of listening to what we wanted and made suggestions based on the planned usage for our space. I got to walk on actual samples in the store and then she came out to my house and let me see samples against my existing furniture. The man who came to install did a great job; he was fast and went the extra mile when we discovered that the sub-​floor was damaged and needed to be addressed prior to installing the new carpet. We will definitely contact these folks with our future flooring needs!

Had a nice selection. Too bad their customer service suckes. Wandered around for 20 minutes waiting for some assistance and no one even acknowledged us. «Hi, we’ll be with you in a few…» goes a long way more we didn’t even get a «Welcome».

The entire process at Abbey Carpets and Floors was fantastic. Maureen from the Puyallup office was friendly and very knowledgeable. She led us to a carpet that suits our needs perfectly, fit our budget and she gave us a competitive quote on the spot. There was no pressure to buy or decide on the spot. I’m so glad we didn’t go with Home Depot as we would have picked a carpet style we learned from abbey would show foot prints as you walked around as well as not transitioning well with our wood floors. The install was a breeze as well. Came on time, no damage to the house, left with all the mess, finished in one day and were so nice. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their flooring. It was well worth it and took the stress of making a wrong choice completely out of the equation. Love them!
