We had our carpets cleaned for our move-out walk through on the townhouse we were renting and they did a great job! The carpets looked and smelled great and they were kind, courteous, and on time. I would definitely recommend!

I had my carpet cleaned and he was able to remove spots I have been trying to get out with my steam cleaner for about a year. Also, he was able to get the smell of my dog out of the carpet my home hasn’t smelled this clean in fresh since I got the dog. The service was outstanding and I would recommend JBJ to anyone!

I had power washing and carpets cleaned through them. Outside was okay had to call them back for areas and it was still okay. Inside though we where very disappointed. Stains still there even though we had him to come back again. He had excuses as to why they would not come up but originally told me they would. Areas where still missed after second time. I know we had pets but honestly we got more up with our home steam cleaner then he did with a commercial cleaner. Plus, after cleaning carpets it should smell fresh and clean afterwards, not so with this company. Not worth the money or hassle so we DO NOT RECOMMEND!
