Love the authentic Italian sandwich. The bread was delicious. Voted Best in Pueblo 2014.

I absolutely love the food. The service on the other hand is terrible and awful. The workers are rude. I called in my order but still waited 20 minutes. The first cashier took her break when it was my turn to «order» again. I was also told there was a long wait on lasagna, but the customer in front of me was able to order it. Honestly if I didn’t like the food so much and also the fact that my grandparents took me here as a child, I would never come here. Attitude adjustments are desperately needed there!!!

This experience was awful. Ordered takeout for family while visiting in pueblo. Brought chicken parmesan home. Cut into completely raw chicken. This was just one of the 8 meals we bright home, all were terrible. Called restaurant… manager not overly concerned, attitude of oh well, sorry. Will never return when visiting. Advise others to check carry out before venturing home.

Super delicious food and apparently people like the sandwiches but I haven’t tried one. I go for chicken parmesan or lasagna both are superb. The only thing is they are so busy that it inevitably takes forever. But can you blame anyone for wanting great italian food cheaper than you can make it at home?

When I come back into town my first stop is here. I know I should be on my way to see my family, but it’s too hard to resist. Trust me they don’t mind me showing up with delicious pasta and meatballs. It’s always yummy and makes you feel like your grandma has been cooking all day for you.

We just discovered this place a couple of weeks ago and we’ve already eaten here five or six times. The service isn’t the best; the order area gets really chaotic and they’re kind of slow, but the food is amazing and the prices can’t be beat. It’s real food and it’s cheaper than many fast food places. I recommend any sandwich with roasted peppers on it, the cannelloni, and especially chicken parmesan. Great selection for kids too. Keep in mind there is no place to sit, take-out only.

This place is amazing! Every sandwich they make is delish! My fave is capicola, ham, and swiss! Totally orgasmic! The meatball subs is totally to die for! The balls are yummy :) I love the fresh bread, and the fresh ingredients they use! Ive never been unsatisfied! The workers are all family blood related or not, I love that! The customer service is amazing and they make your food quick! I also love the pasta there! Its made fresh and still hot when you get home! I live in Vegas now, and I cannot find 1 place here that compares to Collettes! I even tried to get my sister who was coming to visit to bring me a sandwich, but alas they were closed:( Please come open one here in Vegas! They love sub places, and yours would def be number 1! Planning a trip back to Pueblo, my first stop will def be here and Pass Key!

I would eat here everyday, and some weeks, I do. It helps that it’s right down the street form my house. Have $ 1.88? Then come grab a pint size meatball sandwich from Collette’s! I promise you it is a bite of heaven. A fresh roll, cut almost in half, two meatballs, some parmesan cheese and friggin heaven! I don’t know how Collette’s does it, but it’s perfection every time. The meatball is so moist and epic, and it’s saucy and delicious. Just go, ok? I’ll meat you there.
