This place has some good food, but they are entirely over priced and not only that but *incredibly* stingy. Holy cow. I keep thinking I might change my mind, but every time I go there they disappoint. They give you 4 small pieces of cheese, or 5 half-slices of grapes on a big salad. And then charge you if you ask for more. When I told the girl there were hardly any grapes on it she rolled her eyes and just walked away to the register. They have been rude and condescending on multiple occasions. I want to like it… but they need to work on some things before I ever go back there. Yikes.

Zupas, while not the cheapest café is good quality. I have been here several times and have tried something new each time. I have never been disappointed. This time I tried the spinach artichoke turkey sandwich and loved it. The Asian citrus salad was also delicious. They don’t over spice or under load the food here. You get what you pay for. The food always tastes nice and fresh also.

Oh, Zupas. It’s my go-to dining spot when I’m in the mood for something tasty, decently fresh, and cheap. They come through for me more times than not, although there are definitely some things on the menu that are better than others. If it’s your first time there, I would recommend asking others in line what their favorite item is and order that. My favorite sandwich right now is the Italian Club, which has genoa salami, thin-sliced ham, and smoked turkey with a FANTASTIC balsamic reduction and herb aioli, topped off with delicious, sweet roasted red pepper chunks, cheese, tomatoes, and greens on ciabatta. The spreads are what make the sandwich unique and delicious, and that’s the case for any sandwich on the menu that you’ll see with a spread. Another favorite is the Turkey Spinach Artichoke Panini. I haven’t been very impressed with any sandwiches involving chicken salad. The house-made breads for the sandwiches are great, and there is a perfect balance between bread and sandwich contents. The salads at Café Zupas are solid, too. I love the nutrient-dense kale & quinoa salad, which includes blueberries, grapes, dried cherries, shaved parmesan, and chopped pistachios and a delicious herb vinaigrette. I also enjoy the Nuts About Berries salad. I have not tried any of the salads that include chicken, so I can’t comment on how tasty the white meat strips are. Soups seem are generally tasty, although I haven’t tried many. I’d guide you toward the creamy Lobster Bisque or Tomato Basil with Orzo. Desserts are always a bit of a letdown, even the chocolate-covered strawberries that come with your meal. Café Zupas caters and does it very well. They do both large sandwich/salad/soup platters and boxed lunches, and the quality of the catered meal has never been far from what I would get if I were dining in-store.

I originally wrote a really positive review but unfortunately have had to change it. I’ve been a few times since, and I guess I just went on a really good night. The past few times there’s been no dressing on my salads and they’ve not filled up the bowl enough. Also they were super rude and condescending. We won’t be coming back.

I’m not a salad girl. I never order salads when going out because it seems ridiculous to order stuff on lettuce when you could have something cooked. I’m very picky about salad dressings and salads just never seem appetizing to me, but at Zupas, I become a different woman entirely. I always order a salad because they are DELICIOUSANDFILLING! I’ve had most of the menu and my favorites are the Mangoberry or Summer Chicken Salad. Really delicious. I am also in LOVE with the Tomato Basil soup and Chicken Enchilada Chili and pairing any of the above items with a Turkey Bacon Avocado is never a mistake. The try two deal is a good way to get a bit of variety and I almost always have to get some to go because it’s more than enough. I also love that every meal comes with a chocolate covered strawberry. It’s the perfect sweet bite at the end of a meal to leave you feeling satisfied. I’m surprised people complain about the service, because I’ve only ever had good experiences. All the staff is incredibly friendly. It does always seem to be very busy,(because they’re so good) but the line moves very quickly and the staff is efficient. Five stars all around!

I REALLY wanted to go to JCW’s instead but my husband insisted on this place, and thank god! Omg the staff is a bunch of delightful sweet hearts and I can’t say enough great things about the food. I’m really not a soup person but I had lobster bisque and it blew my socks off. And the sandwich was even better! Haha there was this overly affectionate couple there who couldn’t keep their hands off each other and I thought they’d be feeding each other but their food was so good they didn’t even make eye contact while they frantically scarfed it all down! LOL! This is definitely my new favorite place. I wish I could move the whole staff into my house and have them make me food everyday.

This place is sooo good! Been here many times and it does not disappoint. I’ve loved all of the soups and sandwiches I’ve tried(can’t say anything about the salads). The chicken enchilada soup is the bomb though! Another little detail that I think is fantastic is the chocolate covered strawberry they always give you with your meal.

lots of questions. hidden charges. But the choices sound good. the competency of the staff is probably worse than local workers at Subway… and the afternoon crowd at 300M café. or the same as the 300 M café afternoon workers, I wont spoil it with telling you the prices, since if you are like me: you notice 14.00 happens to rack up fastly anywhere you go FORONE.

Good for one reason… chicks dig it. The staple lunch date spot. I dig their sandwiches, and I love their enchilada soup. That’s about all there is to it.

Friend introduced me to this place. Loved their protein salad w vinaigrette and mushroom bistro soup – only wanted half a salad. Choc dipped strawberry and bread is a great touch too. Getting to sample soups is a real plus. Hope this store will be coming to So Cal very soon. My friend was right. Looks like the whole menu is a real pleaser.
The soups are very good. The salads are good, The sandwiches are bad. They’re a rip off for the price based on the amount of meat and cheese on them. The chocolate dipped strawberries are a nice touch. The strawberries and the soup are the reason a gave it a 3. If not for that they’d have gotten a 1 or 2.

It’s always pretty good! The soups have to be packed with salt, but maybe that’s why they’re so good. Good service too.

Way too aggressive. They start selling you on gift cards the moment you walk in the door and I’ve never even seen the menu. They don’t give you a chance to say you want half or full portion so they rush into a full sandwich and charge you for it when all you wanted was a half. When ordering a soup they literally asked, «Would you like the tortilla chips THATCOMEWITHIT?» then charged extra for the chips. In the end everything is overpriced. Food is ok, but not at these prices. The aggressive attitude just leaves a bad taste in my mouth and that’s all I will remember about this place.

I like the food but their Raspberry Ice crystal light was out and I had to tell the employees twice that it was out then they finally filled it and they did it wrong. I told a worker Martin and he promptly went on lunch two tables over with other coworkers and never fixed it. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed at this location.

This place has issues! but for the price for the portions that’s what I have a problem, it’s a café fit for a girl because of the small bite sized portions, won’t be going back ever! Not just because of the tiny portions, the service was really annoying, and I found not one but 3 hairs in my soup, I complained to the manager about it, and seemed to have a careless attitude about it, didn’t offer to refund me or replace my meal, rude and very unapologetic, after looking at most of the negative reviews the customer service is broken needs a complete 360!

Zupas is a Provo Classic. You can’t go wrong bringing a date here. The food is predictable and rather tasty. Not the best, not the worst. I consider it to be a good value. I have tried nearly every sandwich and really like the Cuban, Turkey Bacon Avocado and Pesto Chicken. They unfortunately got rid of my favorite soup, the Gumbo, but there are still some great savory options. Through in a strawberry and some bread and things get rolling.

Unfortunately I have to play the devils advocate here. Well, really I am just speaking truth. As a strictly gluten-free diner I was so disgusted with the fact that items usually safe to those who have to avoid gluten, at this restaurant, are placed in the category of «please avoid» i.e. soups and salads. I was simply told that the«first four soups were gluten-free» just to see moments later all the servers argue about whether they really were or weren’t. Upon asking for an ingredients list to validate their answer I was told that they didn’t have one. Uh, last time I checked that’s illegal. In short, well too much cross contamination and carelessness on the service end. It’s upsetting when this continually growing problem/allergy is not recognized in any regard by a dining establishment. It’s a shame really.

Good quality food, a fun atmosphere, and decent prices. Great place for a date or a business lunch. Get a lemonade and then put 1.5 shots of the blackberry flavoring in. So amazing!

This place has good sandwiches. I usually get one of the paninis. I also love how they give you a chocolate covered strawberry with every meal. Yummy! I feel like it is hard to find a good sandwich place in this area… where I am from there are so many good non-chain sandwich places. However Zupas is pretty good, even though it is a chain. Much better than subway or jimmy johns.
