Jimmy John’s

Great food but kind of annoyed. I work close to this store, even on the same street University Pkwy, and have been getting sandwiches delivered here for over a year now. I just called once again to get my regular and they said that they would no longer deliver to my work and that they were never supposed to. I just wish the communication within their company was a little better.

Only writing this review because the staff is beyond exceptional. This is almost a weekly adventure for me. I always get the Big John, maybe because my name is John. As always, quick and delicious.

I ordered a BLT unwich and they use pre cooked bacon which i already knew but the grossest thing was they dont heat up the bacon! it has dried grease on it and was absolutely disgusting I usually love this place but I almost puked today with all the cold dried grease on cold bacon :(

Asked them to put my pickle in my unwich. They would not do it. Said its against company policy. Even talked to the manager and he said no. Why can’t you just put my freaking pickle in my unwich?

I love Jimmy Johns. So good, super fast. Yummy. This place is way fast. The parking lot isn’t huge but that’s why they have a sweet drive thru

I frequent this location and the management is pretty awesome. Today is the second time I’ve been here in a few months where the manager has recognized me and comped my sandwich. Yay!
BTW #12 on wheat is my favorite.

Ordered the GARGANTUAN and did not eat for a day afterwards. The Gargantuan is huge. Also Hugely filling.

Great JJ location! Had my large to go order ready when they said it would be. So friendly and helpful… Everything I was wanting when I decided to place order for 10 here. Will be back. Thanks

They have pretty good sandwiches and that’s saying a lot since I’m really not a fan of sandwiches. I usually find sandwiches overall as pretty boring but the ingredients here tasted fresh and I like the fact that they offer sprouts and other things to add if you choose. I wish you wouldn’t have to get a club sandwich to get a decent amount of meat but other than that I liked it.

Scenario: I get my sandwich and sit down to eat. The delivery guy starts running to his car to deliver a different order. Sometimes they’re back before I’m finished. Wow. If you’re impatient or starving jimmy johns would be a great place to eat.

Not special. You could make these kinds of sandwiches at home. Plus, the sandwich was mostly bread – and slightly hard bread, at that.

Really? People like this place? I guess if you like sandwiches with poor quality ingredients that are mostly bread you might like this. But if you have taste buds and enjoy flavor you should try something else.

Good sandwiches for affordable prices and the best part is they deliver it! Great for work meetings and large groups.

Long time fan. Jimmy john’s has always had excellent service and food. I have always been able to rely on them to get me delicious food in a short amount of time.
In fact it is usually faster for me to have them deliver than for me to go out and get food. They’re usually here within 15 min of me placing my order. I love it.
Not to mention their attitude is always spot on. I usually make silly requests in the delivery section and they always deliver.

Always fast, i hate how you cant have your sandwhich in a bag with a napkin. So you can just grab and go.

I think these sandwhiches are great. I’ve never tried the multi grain bread, but the regular french bread they provide is the perfect amount of crispiness to softness. It is usually hard to find good rolls in Utah for a sandwhich, but Jimmy Johns’ works well. I like their variety and how you can order by number. I would say it’s worth the money since all the other sandwhich places around are just as much, but not as good. I don’t think the cookies are any good, however. They are very processed. Other than that, everything else is good.
As for the amount of employees working, I think it’s great. It allows the line to move quickly. More than likely if you go in during the typical lunch or dinner hour you’ll find it busy, but fast due to the «assembly line» they have set up.

Here is what I can’t help but wonder when I walk into a place like Jimmy Johns. The owner obviously put effort into the restaurant’s décor. How does that improve the quality of the food? Am I paying $ 5.50 for a $ 3.00 sandwich because you bought a bunch of signs and hung them around your restaurant? Maybe I’m paying for the five employees who were standing around watching an empty restaurant when I walked in at 6:00 p.m.
The sandwich was good, but not great. Having five employees waiting eagerly for me to order my sandwich so they could have something to do was more than silly. The oatmeal raisin cookie they sold me was a disgrace. The environment of the restaurant was cool. Here, fellow Unilocalers, is the bottom line; Jimmy Johns did not win me over and I doubt I’ll be back anytime soon.

Good sandwiches! Their bread is the BEST! There service is fast usually my sandwich is ready for me when I’m done paying.

Great deal for sub sandwiches! For about $ 5, you get a footlong sub, packed with meats, veggies, and sauce. I love the atmosphere (you’ll spend a lot of time reading the funny signs inside). The people are super friendly and serve quickly. The Beach Club is my favorite.

Have been a Jimmy John’s fan for a long time. Very fast. Like the bread. If you like tuna salad sandwiches, they have a good one.
