So I came here today not checking out the reviews first and I was initially pleasantly surprised but not for long The gentleman who poured my water for that pedicure had it on super hot and my feet were burning finally the daughter came from the back playing with her cellphone but she did turn it down The mom asked if I wanted to spa pedicure or the regular one the one I saw for $ 25 seem to be OK for me I didn’t want anything fancy just my nails cut properly and trimmed my feet are fine they don’t need to be scraped So everything was going well the mom was really paying attention to my nails trimming everything until she cut my Big Toe that hurt a lot Then after she had finished with my nails I noticed that she reached over into someone else’s basket and pulled out a foot scraper and right before she put it on my foot I noticed that it had an old blade in it and I had to stop her I stopped her because I don’t need my foot scraped and was appalled that she was using somebody else’s scraper with an old blade which is very unsanitary and dirty to me and this is how people get their feet infected and end up on the news telling their stories So after that was done I was pretty disgusted I don’t think I will ever come back here again not even if I’m offered a free pedicure not just because of the rudeness of the man with the hot water the rudeness of the daughter being on the phone phone and the main reason for me was the unsanitary conditions with that scraper I definitely do not recommend and I’m pretty upset with myself for not reading the reviews first which I usually always do I honestly didn’t think that they have those type of places in this area.

I wish there was a no stars option because this place doesn’t even come close to deserving one star. When I entered the salon there was only one customer. I told the main woman that I needed a mani pedi and the gel removed from my nails because I am having surgery tomorrow and can not have gel or colored polish on my nails. She sat me down and left me with my hands soaking in nail polish remover. Then she moved me to the pedicure chair with my hands dripping with remover and did not offer to take my things or even tell me where we were going for that matter. I sat in the chair, she turned on the pedicure water and went to the other customer without saying a word. I had to tell her the water was too hot three times before she turned it down. I sat there with my hands in the remover for 20 minutes. I finally told her that I didn’t want to soak my nails any longer because it’s not good for your hands or nails. She moved the bowl without saying a word. When she finally came over to do my pedicure she did it very fast, hurting me and using unsterile equipment. She did not spend any time on the pedicure what so ever. She wasn’t even looking at my feet for most of the time. She moved on to the manicure with out saying a word or having me move to a table so I wasn’t even sure what was going on. She buffed my nails for two seconds and then sloppily cut them. When I saw her pull out the clear polish I told her there was still gel on the nails. She rudely said come and I had to grab my stuff again and go back to the manicure table. She buffed my nails for another two seconds and then tried to start polishing them again. I told her there was still gel on the nails. She said«I do this 20 year I know what I’m doing» I showed her the gel that was still obviously on my nails and she gave me a very rude look and buffed them for two more seconds. She still had not removed the gel, but I finally gave up. She slopped on the gel and said thanks and walked away. Her husband was hacking and coughing the whole time I was in there. My mom was with my, due to the upcoming surgery, and asked what was wrong with him. She did not want me to get sick before the surgery. She said that was her husband and if my mom didn’t like it she could go outside. Her husband rang me up and gave me the price, which was 10 more dollars then was on the board. The 10 dollars was for the gel removal. I showed him my nails and how horrible they looked since the gel wasn’t taken off. He laughed in my face and said you make me laugh. My wife good and I don’t like people like you. I left very upset with the worst manicure/pedicure of my life. I had broken nails, the clear polish started chipping two minutes after I left, and my nails were bumpy due to the gel. The woman said about 5 words to me the whole time and when she did look at me it was a glare or a look like she wanted to fight me. She also kept yelling at her staff. By staff I mean her husband, daughter, and the one employee. WORSTEXPERIENCEOFMYLIFE. VERYVERYVERYRUDESTAFFANDHORRIBLEJOBONMYNAILS. HOWHARDISITTODO A MANI/PEDI WITHCLEARPOLISH!!!
