Angel Nails

Never again will I be going here. I had my nails filled in on a Monday then they started lifting by Wednesday. I went back to get them fixed on Thursday and she tried to tell me they weren’t lifting but growing. Really?! When she started to take off the polish she said «look no more» and I replied «yes that’s because it’s wet». As she continued, I showed her exactly where it was lifting and after she was proven wrong she started to drill too close to my skin and started hurting me. She had the audacity to say because I did too thin. Excuse me… I have no clue on how to use the tools let alone do my own nails. So even though she did them… it’s my fault…

I have been a customer for years. Even though I have moved out of the county I make the drive. They have great customer services skills and does whatever to make sure the customer leaves happy! They are always up to date with all the new trends. I love gel nails and they use the best products which makes my nails last longer then the normal. Go Check out Angels Nails they are best!!!

Worst salon I’ve ever been to. Long wait for messy service. Salon looks dirty as well. Beware of catching an infection. Poor poor poor customer service. Drive to Annapolis and get it done right

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I paid for a gel manicure with gel overlay AND gel polish. The gel over lay was so thin that within 1 day 2 nails had broken. I have been getting my nails done a long time and I have NEVER had this happen to me! When I returned to ask for my money back so I could get them redone at a different salon they refused to give me my money back and finally threw $ 4 at me and told me that was my refund for 1 nail embarrassing me and belittling me in front of other customers. Horrible at nails and horrible customer service.
It’s funny when Cindy was doing my nails she kept asking me why everyone went to Spa Nails and not to her shop… now I know! Don’t waste your time or money… there is a reason they have no business.
