Kelly Nails

Went for a pedicure and they had me soaking so long, they had to change the water twice because it got cold! I didn’t appreciate them getting me started if they weren’t in fact ready for me, within a reasonable few minutes. Not enough staff. I’m new to the area and I will not be back to «Kelly Nails»!

I went Kelly Nails on the recommendation of our local county Facebook page. It was myself, my mother and my daughter, we didn’t have an appointment so we were ok with waiting (within reason) if need be. We got there about an hour after opening on a Saturday. We signed in, were greeted (very friendly) right away and let them know of what services we were after (2 pedicures, 2 manicures and 3 eyebrow waxes). We sat down and waited. After about 15 minutes (this wait time wasn’t mentioned when we got there), we were told which stations to go to. As my mom and I were getting pedicures, we we able to sit with the massage chairs going and soaking our feet; my daughter, on the other hand, was only getting a manicure and was sat to wait in front of whatever NBC toddler show was airing at the time. We then realized they only had 3 people working (on a Saturday, when they are closed Sundays on the first weekend that school was out). We ended up waiting a total of an hour before any actual work was done. Again, this wait time was not communicated at all. I decided not to get a manicure at this point since we had other plans that day. My mom’s pedicure was nice but rushed as with my daughter’s manicure. My pedicure would have been nice however, I was cut three times on the bottom of both feet during the callous removal process. The waxing was fantastic. For all the services with did receive, I thought the prices were great but I probably won’t be back at all, especially for any nail services, possibly an eyebrow wax.

Great wax service i was on a hurry and they attended me really fast even if they were closing at 7 I arrived at 7:10 they gave me the service and with good attitude! Nice & clean place!
