Unless you are certain type of veteran, you don’t get a discount. Now compared with other improvement stores, they do give all vets discounts.

We purchased carpet that in one month started to show wear. The store has a 90 day satisfaction replacement guarantee, we started the procedure to have this carpet replaced. They replaced the carpet and the 2^nd carpet had a defect. I took pictures and Home Depot sent it to the manufacturer. The manufacturer approved the replacement. After 5 months we now have the carpet that looks great and are very pleased.

Worst customer service ever!!! Came in ready to spend a couple thousand dollars but after being ignored by 98% of the staff and treated like I was an inconvenience by the rest, I went to Lowes. Will never come back.

My husband and I stopped in this store on our very first day living in Prescott. I honestly can’t remember what we bought right now, but I have to say that I have never been to a more helpful Depot. An associate was always readily available and didn’t mind spending time talking to us about our needs.

We rarely go there, as they no longer give the Veteran discount that Lowes does. When we do end up there, it is always a second-rate experience. Sometimes can’t even get through on the phone to see if they actually have what I want in stock.
