Great selection of mens products and beard care. Salon was great and did a really nice cut. Very clean and organized. The salon manager even gave me a first time client coupon. I will certainly be returning often.

This is the salon my whole family goes to! Christy is amazing with everyone’s hairstyle choices and really takes the anxiety out of getting a haircut.
The staff is so nice and friendly it feels like you’re among friends. It’s the only place I would go in Prescott valley!

I’ve been in this store so many times and have been ignored so many times. I can’t believe the customer service is so poor in this location. I’ve been to an Ulta in Phoenix and it’s quite the opposite. The staff is very friendly and helpful in Phoenix. I’ll keep shopping there because of the coupons offered and it’s just plain fun but I certainly don’t expect anyone to go above and beyond in this location.

I got my hair and makeup done at this store for my wedding. Bri in the salon is absolutely amazing at updos and Danielle, who is the arch expert is also amazing at makeup. They gave me exactly what I wanted and I felt so beautiful for my wedding! The store manager their is also awesome. She offers really good customer service!

I went to the Ulta in Tempe Town MarketPlace in Tempe, AZ and had a wonderful experience with a lovely girl who took her time with me and gave me a relaxing facial and explained care of the skin and things that can harm your skin. I would go back again and again because of my first experience there. Thank You for making my face feel clean and smooth and lovely!

I visited The Salon. I went in for a cut, color, and a few highlights. It was $ 160. I have very short hair (A-​Line Bob) so this seemed a little pricey to me. When I first arrived the stylist, Erin, was very friendly. She didn’t rush me during the consult and seemed to understand what I wanted. When she started to apply the color, it was very messy. There was hair color past my hair line, on my ears, neck and even on my cheeks. A professional, well trained stylist knows how to keep the dye off your skin. She didn’t set a timer for the processing. She was about to rinse me when I said «Gosh it doesn’t seem like it’s been 45 minutes». She said «Oh you’re right! It’s only been 30 minutes. I forgot I need to put you under the dryer for 15 minutes.» So under the dryer I go. She rinses, washes and conditions my hair then sends me back to her chair to wait for her. As she’s starting to cut my hair, one of her friends shows up and sits in the waiting area which is directly across from her station. They begin talking about beauty school and all the girls that have moved from salon to salon in town. They talk about the companies they work for, pay, hours, dress code and managers. They talk about personal things and then say then need to talk more when Erin is off work. All of this conversation is going on between the two of them while Erin is cutting and blow drying my hair. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! The finished color is pretty. The highlights turned out OK. The cut is not correct at all. I had shown several pictures and explained in detail what I wanted. My hair cut/​style is very popular and should be easy to any stylist, in my opinion. Even after showing her several times where my hair was uneven, she was unable to see it and correct it. It was close to her shift ending and even though she said she’d take her time, she interrupted me and seemed rushed. Today I sit with uneven hair. For the price, I expected alot more. I will not return for Erin to fix my hair, nor will I use her at any salon in the future. I will not ever use an ULTA salon again. Disappointing experience. :(

Definitely one of the worst customer experiences of my life. I was visiting from out of town and went in with a few pictures of some styles I wanted to try out, and I was directed to one of the managers. Right away she answered my questions as if each were the biggest imposition ever, sprinkling each answer with thinly-​veiled insults toward me for not knowing every single fact about makeup. She also insulted me for the state of my makeup that day, repeatedly saying things like, «you don’t seem like you use makeup» and «have you ever used cosmetics?» I finally told her I would just «look around» and another employee finally helped me pick out what I was looking for.
This second employee seemed well familiar with her superior’s antics and awful attitude. After sharing my experiences, the second employee remarked that her manager is «from Jersey.» Jersey or not, it’s no excuse for how I was treated.
I later recounted my experience to some local friends, and they too were familiar with this particular «Jersey» manager. Each of them won’t shop at Ulta anymore because of her.

Cashier was super helpful yesterday. Needed both a hair dryer and a curling iron. Found both at reasonable prices.
Store was very clean and organized.
If the people from the salon had offered any help in my search for these two products while i was looking… literally for about 30 minutes. .i would have put 5 stars.
