I was very disappointed with my experience at Rose Nails. The technician taking care of me was very gruff and borderline rude. She rushed through the pedicure after I waited about 25 minutes(despite having a reservation) and then told me to pay before I had my manicure. She was very put out that I didn’t have a check or cash, despite the fact that they were able to take cards and didn’t advertise a preference in anyway. While my nails dried, the polish dried very clumpy and runny. It really looked bad. I hadn’t touched them, simply put them under the fan as she had asked. When I went back to show her and ask her to touch them up, she visibly rolled her eyes and said, «Move down there now.» She had me stand while she put on another top coat, but it didn’t fix the problem at all. When I asked her again she told me to let it dry and that it was fine. My nails look awful and I removed the polish as soon as I got home. I will definitely not be returning.

Not impressed with cleanliness and quality of pedicure. Plus I question if all the people working there are licensed to do what they do. They were not friendly and ONLY except cash or check!!! I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. Seriously! Do not go there!

My friend and I went in there a couple weeks ago. We surprisingly got right in, My lady started before my friends lady did, not only did they only take 20 min for a full pedicure, they didn’t massage or scrub the bottom of your feet hardly at all! My friends lady kept turning her whole body and watching the tv and then asking us what they were talking about. She did this multiple times! Also, saw a nail tech talking on his cell phone for almost a whole nail appt. When they are done you can barely get out of our chairs they said it would $ 26,(which is amazing considering it took them barely 20 min to finish and they got done at the same time after my friends lady got started 5 minutes after mine.) we took out our credit cards and they said they DONOT accept credit cards. There was NO sign or anything! I will NEVER go back to this place, its so unprofessional and terrible its not even right and not even sure how they stay in buisness.

Went here today after visiting a coffee shop next door. When I walked in they had many people in there so I assumed this must be a good nail spa. Boy was I so wrong!!! I was told it would be a five minute wait and told to pick my color. After about ten minutes I was told to go sit and wait in the pedicure chair. When the lady finally came to do my pedicure she did not even introduce her self nor smile my way. She did not use clean supplies but instead pulled out supplies I had just watched her use on her previous pedicure. She was rough shaping and trimming and barely massaged my legs. To top it all off after she was done and asking me to pay was the time I was finally told that they only take cash or check!!! I would think that that would be the first thing you tell someone when they walk in the door or at least have a large sign that everyone can see. To say the least I will never go back nor would I recommend this place to anyone!

I called ahead to make an appointment, they said to come in at certain time. After waiting in a Pedicure chair for 30 minutes they finally came and turned on the water to fill up the tub/sink. Then, While giving pedicure the tub/sink overflowed onto my brand new shoes and purse. They will tell you they have time to squeeze you in but will make you wait a LONG time before actually attending to you. And don’t expect a discount if they ruin your brand new Tom Wedges made of cork.

Rose Nails is usually crazy busy. The staff here is awesome though. Yes they have accents but they have a ton of fun and they are very attentive to your needs. If there is something you don’t like let them know and they will correct it. I find them very easy to work with since I am incredibly picky with my nails. The men here do a great job, sorry ladies. The space is a bit cramped will all the equipment they have in here but that is probably because they get so busy. They usually have some great coupons that I used to get in the mail when i lived in the area.

This was the worst nail salon I have ever been too. Not only did I feel rushed but additionally my nails chipped the following day. Also they don’t accept credit cards. If I could give zero stars I would.

$ 26 for a pedicure was a bit pricy for me but I am happy with the end result. I could care less about the décor(as the previous reviewer mentioned) and in fact didn’t even notice it at all. What I DID notice, was having to go to the grocery store across the street to withdraw cash to pay the bill. They should at least have a sign on the the front door(or anywhere for that matter, or even if they just told you when you walked into the place) saying that it’s a cash-only joint. It’s kind of a pain to go walk across the street with wet toe nails to withdraw money from the ATM. I would have gladly withdrawn the money before hand had I known.

Very outdated 80’s décor. Was not the cleanest, but they do wear gloves. While getting my toes done, the lady next to me left and another sat down put her feet in the water and the lady started working on her feet. Hmm, no one ever cleaned the bowl. Made me so grossed out! Went to pay with my credit card and I was told they do not take credit cards. Had to walk to an ATM across the street and walk back to pay. There were no signs posted about this. Won’t return, do not recommend.
