I purchased a Groupon for a gel manicure. It said to text a number with your info and when you were available for an appointment. I have texted the number 4x over the past few weeks and I have yet to get a response.

I can’t comment on Andrea Mitchell’s abilities as a stylist. I can tell as a business person she has no respect for her clients. I made three different appointments with her two were cancelled the same day as the appointment and the third one she just did not bother to show up. I even texted her three times and waited 30 minutes before leaving.

I am so disappointed that my hair didnt turn out as i hoped. I have wanted balayage for a long time. But did not have time to get it done. I asked for balayage but i end up with blond streaks of highlights about half way down my head. I did not realize that Andrea did not know how to do balayage. She should check out some youtube vidoes to see how its done correctly and how it looks afterwards. I showed her two pictures on my phone of what i was hoping for as far as color and outcome of the balayage. I think she briefly glanced at it and forgot about it and went ahead to do what she wanted to. I wonder if she even remembered that i showed pictures. She was going to charge $ 200, but i asked about her Unilocal discount. I thought it was very expensive for about half an hour of actual work, not counting wait time. But paying $ 175 including tips for something i did not ask for is kind of sad. My next stop is to find an experienced color stylist to help do color corrections and hopefully get what i am looking for.
