Lovely Nails

They always do a great job on my pedicures and the prices are reasonable. The wait is never over 10 –15 minutes.

I just went for an eyebrow wax and upper lip wax. She did wonderful! The only complaint is she took a little too much off the end of my eyebrows (which is barely noticeable but I notice those things) but the shape is fantastic!

Lovely Nails has permanently lost my business. I have been a frequent customer for the past several years visiting once or twice a month. They have had a sign up for the past few years saying that they do not accept gratuity on credit cards but have ALWAYS let me until today. If it is so important to them not to get the «extra fee» credit card companies charge I hope it is worth all of my business. I will not be back as I don’t always have cash on me nor do I want to help the employees who do not want to claim their tips by having them charged on a card.
In addition to that today the woman who did my nails stopped multiple times during my pedicure to text on her phone, apparently that was more pressing to her than servicing a customer correctly. During my pedicure she barely exfoliated and quickly massaged the lotion and during the manicure she left out the lotion and the massage COMPLETELY and again was distracted. I have noticed new faces working there the last few times I have been in and wish that they would set expectations and routine service when doing a manicure/​pedicure. What she did do was half-assed…extremely disappointed and will be speading the word to my friends not to waste their money there.

What a classy little place! I was lucky enough to receive a gift card to Lovely Nails and decided I should use it today and get pampered. I rarely get pedicures so this was quite a treat! As I arrived it was a little busy, but I was led strait back to the pedicure area. 10 comfy massage chair pedicure stations were available. I noticed the staff kept the place very clean and tidy, always sanitized between customers. I loved my little food massage and perfectly painted toes… so fun!

Always do a great job. Enjoy that their basic pedicure includes scrubs that are extra elsewhere. Staff is friendly and do a good job on special design or color requests. Always come back!

This is a great, above average, nail shop! I recommend Lovey Nails for anyone looking for a good pampering for a reasonable price. Though I don’t visit here that often, I’ve always had great service. The last time I was here, I treated my friends to a girls day and called to make an appointment for us. Everyone here was very helpful and accommodating! The shop is nice and pleasing to the eye, all of the furniture is matching and up to date. We all got pedicures and they let us all sit together, even offering us beverages. All of our nails and toes looked fab! Thank you Lovely Nails for topping off our day!

Love this place. Clean, efficient, attentive. Good massage chairs, tv’s, and skilled technicians. They get you in and out and take credit cards! (Some don’t stupidly enough). A few gals are great, one young guy took a little longer and my polish didn’t seem to stay as long but he was hard working and polite. I’ll return often.

The ventilation is terrible in this place. If you like to sit in chemicals and burn brain cells, fine, but if not, I wouldn’t recommend this establishment.

I don’t normally find the inspiration to write many reviews. However, Lovely Nails has definitely exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and quick service keeps me coming me back. I’ve been there four times now for upkeep on my acrylic manicure and have been very happy every time. Give them a try! I think you’ll be impressed

I have been to a lot of salons in the city, but always end up coming back to Lovely Nails. Once I received a gel manicure and after a few days the whites turned yellow. I called them and they offered to fix them for me for no charge. I was devastated they changed colors because the girl did an amazing job on them. Thanks to Lovely nails for making sure I didn’t have to feel sad about my nails for three weeks :) I love this salon!

I love this place and they are very accommodating. I made an appointment and I got in and I love the color selection. The waxing is fantastic. I love their hot stone pedi.

I just got my first gel manicure here, and I love it! I’m not good with small talk, and they dont pressure you to talk, which for an introvert like me, is great. And if you like to talk, they are good conversationalists. I haven’t gotten a pedi, but the stations are nice and clean, and it looks like they use gloves there. Nice selection of regular and gel colors. I will be coming back soon!

From the time walk into the salon everyone is courteous. I enjoyed getting my pedi cure and full set done. The only compliant would be when a person wants to tip the tech they keep the change before you can tip them. I enjoyed the service. Let the customer determine the tip and that will make it a nice investment for the tech. Please, also provide better colors in the salon, not much to chose from. I brought my own color in

They did some updating with paint to the salon it looks much better. Seems like they have gotten all new polishes, too. Staff is friendly and I like how they wear gloves! Easy location for me. They have gotten better at taking their time, vs hurrying through the process. I’ve had so-​so experiences here and great ones but I always go back. Just easy and I always know I’ll be happy with my toes!

Popular place. Making an appointment ahead of time on a Saturday morning does not guarantee promptness, I had to wait 20 minutes. But the wait was worth it. Annee did a wonderful job with my nails. Extremely meticulous and very talented too.

My new go to for getting my nails and eyebrows done. I do Shellac/​Gel every time. I only have to visit every two weeks. I think at this point every single person in here has done my nails and they are all great. They do a great eyebrow wax as well for only $ 10.

I had recently moved from 39^th St to Waldo and needed a nail salon a little closer to home. I usually went to Nailcessity for my pedis. (They served wine during and were around $ 20.) After reading some reviews I decided to try Lovely Nails. It was a good experience! My girl was polite and gentle. (I don’t like a lot of chit chat, I just want to sit there and get my mind off the fact that someone is touching my feet.) And she was pretty quick! I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and no wait. This included a sugar scrub as well.
The only thing I wasn’t completely satisfied with was that after she scrubbed the callouses off I still had some dead skin when I got home. This may have been my fault as well because she did comment on how ticklish I was and I don’t think she wanted to make me uncomfortable. But I was otherwise pleased and happy with the price as well, just $ 26.

From the moment you enter the door, the owners and staff make you feel welcome. I pass several nail salons to get to Lovely Nails because I know I will receive great, personal service, a clean environment and the complimentary sugar scrub doesn’t hurt either! They offer a great value, fantastic massage chairs and unsurpassed service! Also great for wedding parties!
