Stopped on our way to Nashville. Easily accessible from the highway. We checked in way late then what would be considered as a late checkin. Close to an hour past mid night we needed the friendly welcome. The hotel were clean in most parts. I did discover some left over food bits inside the microwave. What I liked the most was that they refilled the breakfast stations even 5 – 10 mins before the closing. I have never seen such gesture anywhere. Bottom line: Good for overnight stay, Friendly staff and Breakfast service commendable.

This was our first halt at Tennesse and even though we stayed for just a night, we truly experienced southern hospitality. All the hotel staff were very friendly and always greeted us warmly. The hotel property isn’t renovated and seemed a little bit old. But it was well maintained & we didn’t have any cleanliness issues. I was impressed by their service, because no where else have I seen free bfast being refilled 10 mins before closing time. I definitely had a good stay.

Staying here now. We called at 8 am with. I hot water and were told we would get the issue corrected. We were also told it wasn’t a hotel wide issue. Now it’s 9. We called asking for a place to take a shower as we are a family of 4 with somewhere to be. Then were told it was a hotel wide problem. No courtesy call, no offer of a resolution, nothing. Never staying here again.

Typical hie as far as room and services but the AC never cooled room or removed humidity past the bed area of the suite only had TV in bed area and not in sitting area as other high brand have had in previous stay but then again this could explain the lower room rate for Knoxville Tn area

Started out as a nice place but its Going downhill… Been here a few times the last year, but This is my final stay. We Checked in today and received a room that hadn’t been properly cleaned — bathroom had a tub full of water and all the lights were unplugged. Went back downstairs and received a second room beside the first. Again, dirty bathroom with toothpaste on the counters, shampoo bottles opened and partially used, and the trash cans hadn’t been emptied. Called back downstairs AGAIN and was offered additional points. What? I don’t want points, I want a clean room! Unfortunately extra points was all we were going to get. Ridiculous. Two dirty rooms is a management issue. Someone needs to be overseeing or training their housekeeping staff better.

House keeping woke me up at 9:01 banging on my door. I had a 10 am wake up call. I was so tired. Thank god they had a good breakfast. Very clean room. Kind of cheap furniture for the price. Very polite staff at the front desk. I usually use Hilton. Now I will only use Hilton.

We had made reservations here well in advance; not sure why the reviews aren’t better, as this place was definitely solid during our visit. Check-in was painless and fast. We received 2 rooms on the first floor, on the back side of the hotel. The rooms were clean, nicely appointed, and comfy. The A/C unit was robust yet not too loud(I’ve been in places where the A/C noise rivals that of a fighter jet on afterburners). Showers were excellent –plenty of water volume and pressure. The beds were clean and comfy; rooms were really quiet — never heard our neighbors once. The breakfast was your standard«heat and serve»; for road-trip purposes, it more than filled the need. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Loved the staff — they were all friendly and helpful, too.

We stayed here on a whim, driving through Knoxville on the longest road trip ever. I used my Trip Advisor app to book the room literally 40 minutes before we rolled into town, so I was a bit leery of the hotel’s quality. I couldn’t have been happier to be wrong! The hotel was in a safe area, with a handful of decent quick-service restaurant options nearby. The staff was very attentive and charming. Our room was clean and sufficient. The breakfast bar left much to be desired(as do most continental breakfast bars), but that certainly wasn’t a deal-breaker. Overall, not a bad night’s stay!

THEGOOD: The lobby was clean… and the pancakes were good! NOW The bad: The girl at the front desk was rude and was more interested in her IPhone than us checking in. We got to the room and it smelled! There was a free bottle of water and(1) Oreo cookie waiting for us as members. No frig or microwave. It was so small there wasn’t even any room to put stuff. So, I went back down and asked for another… she said no. I reminded her I was a Club Member but that really didn’t matter to her. So I said then we had to leave since I couldn’t breathe… she said that she would not issue a refund. Man, I was mad. I asked to speak to a MGR but there wasn’t one… she was the only one on call. So I called my credit card company to ask about the charge and was told it had already went thru. So now we were on the hook for this room. I asked her for coffee packets to place on the air conditioner so I could mask the smell in the room so I could try and sleep. Bed was lumpy, sheets had holes, floors were so dirty that when I spilled water and cleaned it up, the towel became BLACK! All night long we heard slamming of doors… loud voices. Finally at 4am, I had enough and we packed up. They were just setting up for breakfast so I figured we should get something for our money. The food she set out was COLD! Bread was old and stale. So we did try the pancake maker… they were tasty. At check out the older lady was just as rude as the girl the night before… she didn’t even ask how our stay was! So I brought it up. She’s like… Ok. That was it! She didn’t even say she was sorry. The housekeeping MGR over heard what I said about the quality of the room, and PROMISED she’d have the general MGR contact me for a refund. Well, that didn’t happen. As a Club Member for the past 15 yrs… this is without a doubt the worst place I have ever been! Had I wanted a nasty room… I would have found a Red Roof Inn! I have filed a complaint with Holiday Inn so at this point I will wait to see what happens.
