Prefer this location over most. The girls are friendly and don’t jip on portions. My favorite is the Halloween themed Trix Oreo Treat that is only available in October.

I always get the same thing– jamoca almond fudge sundae. As usual, it was delicious! But, almost as important was the customer service here. These girls were super nice and patient with us. Thanks ladies!

This is the cleanest B-R in the area with the best service. We love the ice cream and will go out of our way to get to this location. They are very creative with a cakes.

HORRIBLE!!! This owner is so CHEAP!!! I went in for the 3 for $ 12.99 pre-packed quarts, nope, they don’t honor it. You can only do 2 for $ 10.99. I said whatever, ok. Then I went to pay and had $ 1 off. Nope, sorry can’t use that coupon. Total BS. I could go to the CMR store down the street get much nicer service and get 3 for $ 11.99 I won’t be back and I do go to BR at least 3 times a week!

Expensive tasty ice cream that satisfies my nostalgia for 31 flavors and my tastebuds as well. It’s all well and good to go to the store and buy a tub of Talenti, but it’s kinda nice to take the kids in every now and then for a tripe flavor sundae with extra whip cream and maraschinos. It’s not as good as the mom and pop shops which I’ve reviewed elsewhere, but if you’re in the boonies, like east Poway, you can always still find one of these around. As for this location, I was disappointed because I showed up yesterday on my birthday and attempted to join the Birthday Club, only to find out that the email for the free scoop is ONLY sent out 5DAYSBEFOREYOURBIRTHDAY! i.e. no free ice cream for me :(Also, when you sign up, you are supposed to receive a BOGO email for a free scoop, but after sitting there for an hour eating ice cream I paid for, the email still hadn’t arrived. In fact, the email arrived just this morning. The service was ok, they did give us an extra cherry on our sundae. Parking was easy, tables were clean, bathrooms clean, free tastings etc. Hopefully, now that I’m registered online, the boys and I will get future birthday scoops!

No sure why the negativities here. Just a typical BR :-) Five stars for sweet & young employees!

Management is absolutely horrible here. The rumors are true, DONOTCOMEHERE. They mistreat their employees. They never have ice cream in stock and are constantly running out of supplies. Go to the one in Carmel Mountain, different owners.

Eh. Not a huge fan of baskin robins. Their ice cream taste like it has freezer burn half the time. It is way too pricey for the tiny portions they give you.

My kids love coming here. It’s too bad they closed the BR close to our home.

Nice staff– decent cake selection. Not bad for a chain

Pricey. Service is sub par. I met the owner one night and she was quite mean to her staff. I felt bad for the kids behind the counter. I’d rather go somewhere else.

I was so excited to actually go to Baskin Robbins on tuesday since I know they have dollar scoop tuesdays. But when we got here after dinner, I WASSODISAPPOINTED! No $ 1 scoop tuesdays?! The owner said they don’t have it in this location. Sigh. So we did end up paying over 2 dollars for a scoop of ice cream. My new favorite is the Gold Medal Ribbon. It has chocolate and vanilla ice cream with caramel. Soooo delicious! My friends got the ice cream sandwich. I didn’t know they had this in Baskin Robbins, but this location has little ice cream cupcakes and other choices besides the usual you’d see at another location. Blah, probably wouldn’t come here unless they have $ 1 scoop tuesdays. Might as well go to Rite Aid.

I don’t know why this location does not participate in the $ 1 scoop night other than the owners of this location believe that they have a «captive audience» being that they are next door to the movie theater. The prices are a bit outrageous too. I wouldn’t bother ordering a birthday cake from this location. First, you had better be ordering 48 hours in advance, or NO dice. Then, they nickle and dime you to death on any little change you want to make. Change the icing color from the one offered in the picture book? $ 3 extra. Want a custom flavor of ice cream(not the pre-made molds they order that are ready to frost)? $ 5 extra. By the time you are done you need a second mortgage to afford the darn cake. Thanks, but I’ll take my business up the street to the Scripps Ranch location were they are more than happy to customize their cakes for no additional cost. I don’t get it? How can 2 stores so close to one another be soo different?

I love the variety of flavors… However, I don’t like the $ 2+ for a single scoop. Also, I don’t like the fact that they don’t have $ 1 scoop on Tuesday nights. They used to have in the past, and all other stores have it. Why don’t you have it?!
