It isn’t a bar to go to just to hang out, shoot pool, have a couple beers and shoot the breeze. It is meant to be a higher standard drinking establishment for the younger set or «yuppie» types. The place itself is harder to find if you are not familiar w/Front St. Poulsbo. I have been a few times, the staff has always been friendly, the food is fine, the area is nice but the parking can be difficult during spring/summer w/Friday and Saturday nights being near impossible during peak hours.

My son and I visited this bar July 3, 2014 and were really dissapointed, especially since it was our first night out since his 21 st birthday. We were treated realy good beginning of night by a younger waitress on left side of bar, reason for two stars, waitress was really good to us. We went outside to watch fireworks and upon returning got stuck on left side of bar. This is where it took a dive, the owner became our hostess and she sucked. She kept serving us with plastic cups, I asked why and she said it was busy, ran out of glasses. While she told me this she was serving other patrons with glasses. I like my beer in glass, not much to ask, right? After two more plastic cups I begged the other waitress to take our orders, she clammed up and became really nervous. Apparently she was scared of owner. The owner chick was very short and bitchy the whole time. I even asked my son if it was me or her, he said she was rude. We are a very considerate family and always treat folks with the utmost respect, even when treated horribly, even gave this woman a tip after the bad service, just the way we are. Atmosphere was awesome, bar was very clean and the other waitress’s are an asset to place. Just call ahead to make sure owner isnt’t there, she said that she usually doesnt’t work there so that might be a blessing for regulars.

What a fabulous place! The service was exceptional and the martinis were equisite. Fantastic DJ entertainment and dancing was a bonus. Too much fun! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Great staff and good drinks. Cocktails are a little pricy for the neighborhood, but they do an excellent job putting the drinks together. If you anchor out in Liberty Bay, its a fun spot to check out in the early evening.

Great place to go to enjoy«open mike» offerings from locals. Genuine wholesome talent that reminds me of the 60s folk, blues, and traditional country ballads. The sandwich I ordered, spicy chicken, was good. I ordered the side of cole slaw. After sampling that, I understood why those who come there often selected the potato salad. «When in Rome» inspired me to order one of the martinis listed on a very long list from which to choose. I ordered the Key Lime martini. After one sip, it was obvious there was something wrong with the drink. It was«soapy» and tart and left an unpleasant after-taste. I let the server know that something was wrong with the drink and that I would not be able to drink it. She was sincere and professional in her apology. She informed me she would have to charge me for it, regardless. She asked if I would like something else and I decided to stick with water. One of the guests at the table questioned what had happened and then pointed out that there is a disclaimer on the menu that states that policy. I respect the policy as it was clearly reflected on the back of the menu… If I ever go back again I will stay safe and drink water. This policy provides blanket protection to the establishment to serve anything and not have to be accountable for the quality of the product sold… anyone interested in trying a Dawn dish soap martini? Perhaps it is an acquired taste.

I have to give it middle of the road. THESERVICE I’ve been here 3 times and yes the service seems short staffed on heavy nights but they do try. I did have to request a follow up on something when we went this last time and we were told they had a new girl in the kitchen. I didn’t think that was the smartest move for a Saturday night but at least they were trying. She seemed to be the only server and the bar was packed. So props to her for maintaining a smile through that it looked like a tough shift. THEDRINKS The drinks get 4 stars. They have a huge selection and tasty drinks that are the perfect dessert finish to downtown dining. The only reason I minus-ed a star is the drink making isn’t consistent, I can order 3 of the same drink and each one comes out different tasting. But they are yummy. The Pineapple Upside Down Cake, the Espresso Martini, The Key Lime Pie… AND The have several beers on tap including Silver City Red. THEFOOD I wish there were fries. But other than that the food is to be expected of a place like this where the specialty is the Martini. It leaves me wanting. ENTERTAINMENT They have a pool table and it was being used every time I was in. They also have at least one TV that they have by the stage for nights of no live entertainment. On this last Saturday they had live entertainment in there and as to be expected it was loud. It wasn’t bad just loud. Also, every other time I had come in there was an eclectic group of people and this time was no different. We had a table of 6 next to us with 20 somethings and the table in front of us and the couch next to the stage were senior citizens.

I like the grand selection on their menu. But, it is pricey! Nice location in Poulsbo waterfront district. Relaxing ambience.

Great Bar. Great cocktails. No sticky floors or roudy rednecks. Friendly Bartender. Hey Poulsbo get your butt off the sofa and check out this place.

Terrible service. For advertising their number of taps, they know nothing about the beers they have on tap. Their food/appetizer menu was quite overpriced and had nothing I’d want to snack on really while drinking some of their beer or martinis. We ended up ordering chips and salsa just for something to snack on. The salsa was quite clearly out of a jar and the chips poured out of a bag, I guess it’s not too awful that we paid $ 4.50 for them(the cheapest thing on the appetizer menu). Our waitress was pretty much nonexistent and actually thanked us for choosing not to order food or something more complicated than chips and salsa. I don’t think I’d come back again.

Had a great time listening to the live music on Saturday night. Wife’s drink was great(kamikaze) mine was blek(espresso martini… Shoulda known). The bartender/owner was weird, not very welcoming. Waitress was cool, pretty attentive. I’d definitely come back for the music prolly not for the expensive drinks.

Over priced drinks, service with zero personality and the food is bland and tasteless. Do not waste your money or time. Then to top it off they wouldn’t honor our coupon because we «didn’t present it at the beginning». Laughable. Nothing like pissing people off over 20 bucks. Never again.

Eh, it’s okay, just not A-OK okay, okay? Wife was in the mood for a carmel apple martini. I wanted a bite to eat, so we first decided to head to the Old Town pub in Silverdale. Well, when we drive up, we notice it kind of looks like a biker bar. Naturally, first thing I think is, «We HAVE to go here!» Sadly, wife drives off and we head to Poulsbo. We step inside and seat ourselves. There’s a couple of medium-sized groups in there with us. Wife orders her martini, I just get a Pepsi because I’m driving, along with some bread, chips and salsa. My main issue with this place was how long everything took. And I mean everything. I’m pretty sre there were half hour waits in between drinks, which gave my wife time to nurse her martini, but was bad for waiting for food and to pay. Food was decent, but my Pepsi was flat, and the wife wasn’t a huge fan of the martinis, although they were the strongest she’s had so far. Altogether, this place didn’t satisfy either of our cravings. To Be Continued…

great bar in poulsbo… only actualy good bar, not a family restaurant that happens to serve drinks. the night i went in it was dead everywhere in poulsbo, which happens a lot from what i have seen/heard. Kim was a great hostess and mixed a VERYGOOD Mojito.

Fantastic libations! It’s a great place to start the evening with friends since it’s a relaxed atmosphere. Relative to the other bars downtown, the 110 may seem pricy; however, they have the best value for the amount that you’re getting! along with the best flavor and the most extensive selection.

I thought that it was going to be much more than it actually was. The martinis are AMAZING! There is such an overwhelming variety and each one I tried was fantastic. They were a little spendy for my taste. This is Poulsbo, not Seattle, $ 10 for one martini is pretty high. My biggest complaint is the service. Both times it was terrible. The first waitress wasn’t so bad, she was a bit of a space cadet, serving me and THEN checking my ID. There were maybe six other people there and we saw our waitress five times in 2+ hours. The second girl looked so bored to be there that it was hard to have a good time. She was lifeless every single time she came to our table and it made it uncomfortable. I have had better service at the gas station. It isn’t that hard to provide good service when there are only two tables of people in the entire place.

Meh. Ok, I too was kind of excited about this place. I was there on a Friday night and was quite surprised at how few people were in there. It was quiet, a little too quiet. The martini’s were amazeballs! However, 6 – 12 bucks each… kinda high. Service was mediocre at best. This place needs some pep and a little more atmosphere to help it feel like a bar and less like a dark basement in prohibition. And some better grub would do them some good too.

I was oh so excited to find out that a legit bar was coming to Poulsbo and while I think it’s a great addition I doubt I’ll be a daily or weekly customer. For starters, THEYHAVEDELICIOUSMARTINIS! With upwards of 60 different martini options(20+ being dessert martinis) it would be difficult not to find something to your liking. They have really out there, crazy, interesting concoctions but they have definitely mastered a simple, classic martini. And dessert martinis? I’m not so much into those but I will say that they understand balance here. The chocolate/coffee martini I sampled was quite good. Not too sweet or thick but rich enough to be a decent dessert substitute. While the martinis I’ve tried have all been good I can’t say the same about their mojtios. The mojito I was served was pretty dismal… the mint was kind of sad and not fresh and it lacked that refreshing bite from citrus… they could have used a lot more lime. My main issue with One Ten would have to be the service and prices. I definitely haven’t been impressed with the staff. The most bored, inattentive, and unfriendly bartender served me on my first visit. There was one older gentleman sitting at the bar that she definitely took care of but otherwise she didn’t seem to care about providing service for anyone else there. She was the only employee(that I could see at least) but there wasn’t a huge crowd. Other tables were ignored and waited just as long(if not longer) than us for service. And while the prices aren’t entirely ridiculous, this is Poulsbo… I’m not used to paying $ 10 a drink in Kitsap County… if this were Seattle or an actual city I can see paying that much… but not so much here. Definitely a solid establishment. They could improve here and there but I’ll be back and if you’re in the area it’s worth checking out!
