Wendy’s

Restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly and order was prepared quickly and accurately.

I don’t usually write reviews for chain fast food places, but I do want to put in a good word for the «4 for $ 4.00» special deal at Wendy’s. Also, I happened to go to a newer «modern» Wendy’s location at Cascade Station which was nice. For a mere $ 4.00, I got a junior bacon cheeseburger, fries, chicken nuggets, and a drink.. .four items, all good and a good value too. No complaints. This particular Wendy’s location had a flat screen TV and a faux fireplace (I think it’s a video background of flames).. .pleasant décor for a fast food burger place.

Love going to this place. Its clean and im always greeted with a smile and my order is always exactly the way I want it. Its so good that I sometimes come in more then once a week.

Eat there most Friday’s. In general the food is OK but lately quality has slipped. Chicken pieces are warm as are the fries. I did see that they pre cook the chicken pieces and keep them in a warmer. One or more of the ketchup dispensers is low or out most times and one of the pop machines has been inop on at least two occasions within the last month. Trash bins are usually full and floors/​tables not cleaned on a regular basis. They need one person taking care of those types of issues thru the day.

co-​workers wanted to make a Wendy’s dinner stop so I, the lone vegetarian, after much persistence on their part, begrudgingly relented and agreed– i ordered a medium fry, thinking that i could sup upon a salty crispy guilty pleasure as they crammed cow ass into their drooling maws. BUT NOPE, the fries were mushy, greasy, lukewarm, and tasted as if they had been sitting under the heat lamps for hourssssss. totally nasty and i threw most of them out. never again shall i abandon my better judgement. when it comes to fast food, at least

The whole order was wrong service was not very good, Wendy’s as a whole is going down hill, they need a manager like me to shape them up, I will not go back to Wendy’s

Amazing food! There’s a lady there who works the cash register that I absolutely adore, she’s the nicest. But the young manager is RUDE to not only my fiancé and I but his employees. I felt bad for that nice woman he yelled at. She was just trying to do her job. Ugh, some people.

We stopped her rather randomly after a trip to Ikea. By far my favorite location in Portland. It was super squeaky clean. And the employees were nice and in a really good mood (which is rare for a fast-​food place, not that I can blame them). Everyone was friendly and did I mention it was super clean? I dont make it to that side of town much but when I do I’ll definitely be stopping in again!

The husband and I refer to this place as «Space Wendy’s». They have the super new school pop machines that let you add a flavor shot to your pop with the push of a button, and all of this goodness comes out of the same machine spigot thing. You want raspberry ginger ale? You got it! Beware though: the added flavorings are STRONG. I usually only fill a cup up halfway with the flavored beverage, then switch back to standard (ex: only half cherry coke, half regular coke) or it is WAY too sweet and «flavor enhanced».
The setup inside is a little weird and I can’t help but feel there is some wasted space, as there really isn’t a ton of seating. I also find it weird that they have this weird wall with a long fireplace and a tv. «Hey baby, let’s go to Wendy’s tonight for some sweet romance down by the fire. You can catch the game while we’re there…»
Overall the place was clean, and it is pretty new. I feel I will likely stop in here on occasion because of it’s close proximity to Target and IKEA.

Fast Food… Well we have a love/​hate relationship but Wendy’s is usually all about LOVE. I absolutely love Wendy’s salads! Besides Burgerville, these are top notch for fast food. The Berry Almond Chicken Salad is my favorite and it only comes around during the Summer months. And wow, who knew their little baked potato w/​chive and sour cream could be so good? Its probably the worst thing I could order, but its too good to pass up sometimes.
This location is brand new and really close to my office so its usually Subway or Wendy’s for me these days. The employees are nice, the service is quick, as it should be. The interior is pretty sweet too with their fancy soda machines and fireplace… don’t forget the flat screen tv!

This Wendy’s is the best I have ever seen! Nice leather seats, flat screen tv. I feel like a king! The staff is amazing! The food is hot and fresh. Most of all the staff here work together! I have never received my food this fast anywhere! This is my new Wendy’s for life!
