So this WAS a new cart. It stood out because I have never seen this place open, so I tried this tempting Vietnamese cart. The menu is fairly large, but mostly there’s phở, subs and various meats over rice. I asked for a recommendations and got the crêpe(shrimp, pork, etc for $ 6). The pancake-like batter wasn’t the tastiest thing I’ve had. It tasted like an undercooked pancake with some onions and veggies in it. But that was about 1⁄3 of the dish; the rest was full of bean sprouts, lettuce, sauces and some meat. I’m sure the rest of the menu is good, but this dish isn’t something I would try again. They offer a buy-nine-get-one-free meal punch card, if you’re in to that.
