When the pizza is fresh, it is good. The only time you can bank on it being fresh is if you hit up the buffet at the earlier hours. I once ordered a pizza«to go» and ended up having to ask for it rather than being told when it was done. The result was a soggy pizza. Tonight I ordered 1 large pizza for delivery. Usually I pick it up because I live less than a mile away, but my wife and I recently had a baby and we didn’t feel like leaving home. We were told 45 minutes(which I thought seemed long considering our location, but figured it might be busy). After an hour I called only to be told, «it’ll be there any minute». Another 15 minutes went by and I called the store to cancel(but I was put on hold for 5 min). I hung up and called back(miraculously I wasn’t put on hold) and I told them I wanted to cancel my order. I was asked for my phone number and then was told, «ok it’s cancelled». NOAPOLOGY?! 5 minutes later the driver showed up with a pizza that was soggy with no crispness to the crust. The driver gave me the pizza for free and I tipped him knowing it wasn’t his fault. Having worked for many pizza places in my life(Bellagios, Track Town, Pizza Schmizza, Adriaticos) I know when management is an issue. I feel like this place is being horribly run. I think it is either under-staffed or staffed with lackluster employees. Take you chances with the buffet, not pickup or delivery.

This review is 2 stars because normally I get the pizza I order on time and good quality. But today was sadly an exception to that rule. The pizza was over an hour late and I called twice to inquire about it. At 20 min late I was told it was ready and that they were waiting for the drivers to return; it was the next out the door. 40 minutes later it still hasn’t arrived. When I called again I spoke to the assistant manager who never once offered any coupons, discounts, or any compensation for this inexcusable failure in on-time delivery. That the pizza was ready on time meant that it’s been sitting under heat lamps or in a bag for well over an hour. They would never serve that kind of food in their restaurant, why am I expected to pay for it delivered to my door? Really dropped the ball on this one. I will go with Bellagio’s next time I order pizza.

Time and time again they mess up the order. My wife and I sadly like the pizza but nearly every single time this location screws something up. It goes in waves — the quality control went up for about a month or two then went down. This has happened the same way over the 5+ years we have been ordering for them. Every time the quality goes up I get hope keep ordering them bam, it goes in the toilet again. Having lived in different locations this has never been the way at other Round Table pizzas. 1. Wierd looking pizza — never consistent. The last one was missing all cheese and sauce in a circle in the pizza the size of the grapefruit. How does that even happen? Much of the time the pizza is only partially covered in sauce or cheese. Pretty much zero quality control. Can also be burnt frequently. 2. Messed up orders. It happens at least 50% of the time. If you order online tip is to add extra comments to make sure they get you the right sauce/soda. 3. Half the time the ordered salad is completely wilted. 4. Burnt/dry breadsticks/cinna sticks and can amazingly be in the same box with ones that look fresh. I feel bad for the delivery drivers as they must take a beating. For years I would just take it but now have them at least go back for the right sauces. Unfortunately you always wonder if someone is spitting in your food after that(not the drivers). I should probably stop ordering from there.

I had always liked round table, went there often. Recently I ordered a pizza to go from the Capitol hwy store. I went and picked it up, took it home and tried a piece. I took a bite of the pizza, bit down on something hard, and realize I had just broken one of my teeth. I wasn’t sure what it was, but on closer inspection I realized I had attempted to sink my teeth into an olive pit. Just so you know, those things are hard, real hard. Anyways, I came to realize that I had not broken tooth but rather I have broken my upper molar and lower molar. I went to the doctor, who told me that I needed crowns as the only way to repair it. I contacted round table to ask them what they were going to do about it and they basically dismissed me. Apparently yelling at a pizza guy doesn’t get you any status upgrades. Ultimately I was turned over to the olive company Lindsay, who ultimately paid to have my teeth replaced. No apologies, little words. But at least it paid for the dentist. I didn’t even get my money back on the pizza.

Ridiculous. I ordered a flatbread, salad and wings for delivery. Was told it was going to take an hour. Called after an hour and 15 mins. They said«they tried to call me but the phone wasn’t working… I guess…» And that they didn’t have flatbread but that they’d get it soon. Normally, I’d be totally understanding of this. When my flatbread arrived, half of the ingredients weren’t even present on the flat bread. Totally dissatisfied. Will likely never order from here again.

Must have new owners or management. Noticed the previous pizza wasn’t up to their regular standards. Yesterday’s pizza was hideous. Ordered ham and pineapple. First pizza was not only delivered an hour earlier than scheduled it had harshly any toppings. I called and the replaced it with another one looking just like the first. Three strikes and their out for me.

I know that calling right before a place closes is considered by some to be rude. But 30 minutes before closing should be acceptable especially for pick up. So my family from out of town and i were super hungry after a long day out and on a Sunday night we knew places were going to start closing so we should order food asap! So i called round table since it’s right down the street and it’s an easy pleaser. The pizza was actually fine, not great but good for cheap pizza. When i called(like i said a half an hour before closing,) the guy who picked up(Chris) answered«Thank you for calling round table on a very busy Sunday night right before closing…» and i responded«So does that mean you don’t want to take my order?» and he sarcastically responded«Noooo i’d be HAPPY to place your order for you…» after telling him the first item i wanted he repeated himself«i’m very happy to take your order for you…» Before hanging up he said«try to get here a few minutes before we close but i wont lock the doors and laugh at you.» when we went to pick up the pizza… We got there and a girl named Hope was making the pies. she was very nice and exclaimed«thank you for being patient and i apologize about the wait» which was nice. so we sit at a booth and wait for the last pie to come out of the oven and i hear a guy call out«I TRIEDTOPERSUADETHEMNOTTOORDER!» it was Chris talking to hope because they are the only two closing. Look, i use to work at a pizza parlor too, i understand that ordering right before closing is a pain… but this guy gave hope the order and walked off into the back room. I’m sure he had something to sign or count but how can you be so rude to your customers and your coworkers and expect everything to go your way? I will be calling the manager to tell them about my experience and i will not return here again.

We have been here twice and both times they were ridiculously understaffed. We ordered three pizzas. One came in 30 minutes and the other two took over an hour. They lost the order and only put it in after we escalated twice. There were only about six families in the restaurant. I can’t imagine what it would be like on a busy night.

probably the best delivery pizza around these parts. The pizza is what you expect from Round Table so while not gourmet it’s not junk either, it’s good old middle of the road fairly tasty stuff. The main reason I’m giving 4 stars is because my driver kicked ass and the pizza was here in less than 45 mins and hot! Most places show up here with a barely warm pizza after about 1.5 hours, so this is a big improvement. Online ordering works well too.

On an early Saturday evening, my Son was hungry for McDonalds, but I walked across the lot for a flatbread pizza to go from Round Table. It too at least 45 minutes for my order to come out, which seemed like an eternity considering the Kid had long finished his meal. He sensed my irritation and was fairly successful in counselling patience. I got a 10% discount courtesy of the neighboring Hospitality Inn and a chance to watch the Ducks beat Stanford on the Telly. There’s a lot of space in there, including a decent party room in the back. Staff here was busy, and mostly dealing with pick up and delivery orders. My pizza was still hot by the time I got it back to the room, and with a cold Oregon microbrew to wash it down, all became right with the world.

horrible customer service. took it up with the careless manager who was quick to get me off the phone. I’m not one to complain. I’ve worked with customer service for too many years to know… for how spendy their pizza is I’m done here! not worth it.

I finally decided to go here for the lunch buffet($ 7.49) and a soda($ 2.01) and it wasn’t that bad. You get to choose from about five to six pizzas and a full salad bar. If you ask, they’ll make pretty much any pizza you’d like.

I luv Round Table Pizza and they make it right here. Order was correct and up in a timely manner. This was one of the larger RTP’s Ive eaten at. Some of the furniture was worn but they keep the place pretty clean and well maintained. The staff seemed really nice. We were just in town for a short time but the guy behind the counter gave us good directions unlike some places have issue even when its not busy giving you directions or short cuts to the freeway to avoid the busy streets. They knew we were from out of town and still treated us well. If Im in town again and craving RTP Id come back here.

This is our go-to place for delivery and I have no complaints. The pizzas are usually delivered within the delivery window, they arrive hot and our order has never been made wrong. As for their lunch buffet, I wish they could keep their pizza bar stocked a little better. Usually when I’m there they’re out of many of the selections, and there are only a few measly slices left of pizzas I’m not really keen on. I often have to wait for fresh pizzas to come out, and I could see that if you have limited time on your lunch break that this could be a problem. Their salad bar is usually stocked well and is fresh enough. The service isn’t bad, but could be friendlier.

Great pie, could be cheaper, but they have frequent coupons in the mail. Good beer line up. Friendly, quick service at this location. Great for groups — -plenty of space. Looking to try the pizza buffet sometime with a pint of Widmer for a good day of indulging. I always liked Round Table as a Pizza option. Disappointed that the Tigard location closed down. Have difficulties finding good pie in Tigard(other than Pizza Caboose) where my folks live. I live somewhat near the Barbur location and appreciate the coupons as a reminder to Round Table.
