I just had these guys buff and seal 4 bath rooms the kitchen and bar area. They showed up on time ant the work looks great. I would give 5 stars but they didn’t rinse the sinks or sweep the floor after the work. Overall good job.

We were assured they could completely clean our concrete. So they came out and there was absolutely no change. We asked for a refund and were told their work is not guaranteed. There was no refund.

We love what they did to our granite counter tops, but as far as the shower very disappointed. First guy said he couldn’t get the water stains out of the stone then he repaired caulking with wrong color of grout. So they came back out about a month later to fix issues. The second guy still didn’t bring to correct color even though I told them what color I have. He didn’t address any of our concerns other than reapplying wrong color over the grout again. The grout molds just as fast as it did before they treated it. I am only rating them this high because the counter tops turned out very good. Do your research before spending this much money.

Very expensive. The owner promised improvement and there was none. The person who did the treatment was careful and nice to deal with. The owner is belligerent and will not discuss anything. There was no adjustment in the very high price when the result was almost zip. They say there is a «permanent guarantee»…of what? nothing?

I had Perma Treat seal and enhance my fireplace recently. The travertine stone went from appealing to awesome! The product they used was great and my fireplace still looks amazing.

We have a similar experience with Jim, the owner. He is pain in the neck and is a complete jerk. The price he charged was very high compare to a granite fabricator company. Their product doesn’t hold up to other companies guarantees like Stain-​Proof from Dry-​Treat.
We don’t recomend his products. Sealer is not permanet. You can get quality products from a big company like Dry-​Treat for a lot less money and hassel. It has a 15 year warranty from the manufacturer.
