Magdalene and her team have been cleaning my home about a year. They’re always reliable, professional and best of all take ownership of the job, which exceeds expectations. Recently, I referred them to my son who owns a condo which was beginning to look uninhabitable. His response after Team Maggie labored there — how did they do it?! Amazing service. It was the week before my wedding and my life was a mess, and my home looked like it. Called them and then sent staff right over, the next day. They cleaned our two level home and went above and beyond to take care of items I hadn’t even requested. Definitely calling again around the holidays, so worth the peace of mind.

We recently used Ground to Crown to help us rehab a property in NE Portland. The home was in serious disrepair and in need of a great deal of work. Magdalene and her crew were undaunted by his huge task and were able to make the property sparkle. Magdalene is very professional to work with. She showed up and got the job done on time and on budget. The team worked hard to make sure I was completely satisfied with the end result. Amazing.

Ground to Crown cleaned our home prior to listing it last month. The house looked amazing when they were done. The fixtures and dusting were flawless. There was some miscommunication/​misunderstanding about the level of cleaning to do — we were still actively working on the house prior to listing, and the cleaning they provided was for a completely vacant house. This resulted in some kitchen cabinets that weren’t cleaned out (I after that this was told this was because they don’t use their cleaning products in any areas where food or utensils are stored), and they polished the hardwood floors, which made the floors look incredible, but the polish needed time to cure. The important thing is that Magdalene was completely, 100% committed to making sure we were completely satisfied with our experience with them. She seems to work and communicate well with her team, and was willing to go out of her way to make sure that everything was done thoroughly and to our satisfaction.

Magdalene and Leo saved the day! With a broken foot, it has been impossible to really clean my house & keep up with the never ending source of pet hair. Why then, did I offer to host a party? No one knows… but as soon as I sent the invites I knew I would need help cleaning in a big way. I called a dozen services, with no response or no availability. Magdalene at GtoC was quick to respond, and willing to meet my schedule needs. The expert house-​cleaner who arrived right on time was also super friendly — bonus. My house is now clean and tidy. What a breath of fresh air! I’ll absolutely use Ground to Crown again.
