I called to give 30 days notice a few weeks ago, the lady told me that I had until March 4th. She calls me at 5 today to say that if I don’t have my stuff out today, February 28th, I’ll be charged for another month’s rent. Um, what?!
I asked her why she didn’t explain this when I gave notice, she lied and said she did. I would’ve made arrangements to get my things out today if I had known and she hung up on me.

Been with them for 10 months. I’ve had 3 locks busted and while my stuff was picked through, I haven’t been able to see what, if anything is missing. I’m moving on Tuesday, 4th lock is there, I hope it can last.

Our storage unit was broken into twice in the 6 months we had things stored there. There was a hole in the ceiling that was covered over with plywood that was used to get in the second time. The first time the lock was broken. Also, the units are significantly smaller than they claim. We got a 5’x10’ and it was smaller than a 9’x4’.
