Slow, slow, slow… McDonald’s used to be fast food… 10 minutes for a cup of coffee, lots of staff, one person on counter during busy/peak.

These guys screw up with so much frequency on the same order — I waited ten mins being ignored by five people for them to fix it and got in an argument with the guy who took the Order. Oh and they’re playing some weird televangelist program on their dining room tvs that is making me very uncomfortable — I can’t imagine why this is ok

It’s open 24 hours, but I don’t recommend coming here late. They are slow, and the customer service is substandard.

This is one of the more updated McDonald’s, which has the double drive through lanes. I love that, because the line(s) move pretty quickly. I’ve never been inside this location, I only use the drive thru because they’re quick and(usually) efficient. I the past two years, they have only made a mistake with my order once, so that’s very good. They keep the parking lot and drive-thru area very clean. My favorite thing about this location is that they run deals and specials that no other location in Portland has.

Nice place but they really prefer to wait on drive thru peeps and leave you standing at the counter to do it. But then, the music of a horrible radio station is so loud in eating area, you are better off in your car.

I used to enjoy going into this McDonald’s. It’s on my way to work so I would stop in sometimes for a cheap, quick meal on my way to work graveyard shift. Found the staff pleasant enough and the place generally clean and have sat and read the paper there over breakfast. Was on my way home from work this morning and decided to stop in to take advantage of the 2 for $ 4 breakfast sandwiches. Walked in, had to use the restroom, saw a yellow caution sign in the doorway(I use these daily at work, I know what they are for), walked in and was surprised to see an employee cleaning who instantly and rudely told me that I was not allowed to be in the men’s restroom while she was. I’m sorry, the sign didn’t say restrooms closed, so I am to get an attitude and reprimand?! I work in customer service and do my best to make customers happy, so it really irritates me when I receive bad customer service, especially for no reason. I wasn’t rude so why did she feel the need to be? I tried to say something to what looked like an assistant manager and after telling her that one of their employees was extremely rude to me, she said«Ok, thank you» and dismissed me. I won’t be eating there anymore.

Free small coffee until the 9÷28÷2014, some promotion. Clean bathrooms, and the door swings out so that you don’t need to touch the door after washing your hands.

Clean, friendly, and courteous service; this is what I require in a McDonalds. This place checked all boxes for me.

What. The. Heck. Do you guys watch your video surveillance? You should. I recognize you guys can’t be held responsible for socially inept people who get PLOWED on a Tuesday and try to go to McDonald’s, but a little less encouragement would have been nice. Even though the drunk man who was shouting at everyone, finding his brother from another mother in one of the dudes you had manning the window, and pulling crazy u-turns in the parking lot, EVENHE was coherent enough to recognize that the people working were failing miserably. He returned two sandwiches(they were supposed to be mine, I could hear him shouting the order at whomever would listen), when I got my food I checked my bag and SURPRISE I was missing the sandos. I pointed it out the kid in the window and he started arguing with me and demanded to look into my bag. A little offensive, but whatever-after dealing with such a weirdo I can see why he was trepidatious. They gave me the sandwiches, I double checked the rest of my order and was missing a burger. What the hell. Fine. I went inside. Got what I needed and went home. WHEN I OPENEDTHEBAGEVERYTHINGWASSTILLSOMEHOWWRONG. Ordered the buffalo mcchicken-no buffalo. Ordered the ranch BBQ burger. There were CHIPSONIT. I’m not sure what menu item that is but it wasn’t one I was interested in. Jeez. Also, it took me 20+ minutes to deal with getting a late night snack for me and my kid. Good god people. Get it together.

5 stars for a McDonalds? Am I on crack or something? No… not at all! Normally I would never give ANY MickyD’s 5 stars, but I’m trying to counter the 2 other, super pissy, whiny, single star reviews. I mean come on people, going on and on and on about an ice cream cone, Really?!? Anyway, I’m heading toward my destination, my tummy is growling and I think«I might as well grab something before I get there». All the other fast food brands are here too, but what catches my eye is the«2 Filet-o-Fish for $ 3» sign. Oh wow! These things are usually $ 3.50-ish each! I pull into the drive thru and it’s meant for speed. There are two lanes, menu boards and speakers to order, then a window to pay and another where they hand you your order. It all went VERY quickly! The woman at the first window was very nice /friendly, etc, the woman at the 2nd window was too, but she tried to hand me 3 large drinks when I first pulled up. «Uh, those are not mine». «No? Oops *giggle* sorry!» She had gotten ahead of herself, but no problem for me. The fish sandwiches were hot, soft and very tasty! This may sound stupid, but I don’t have them very often and I love ‘em! OVERALL: Yes it’s McDonalds, but the building is fresh and modern, the food is pretty much the same no matter where you are AND they have awesome water feature(fountian) out front!

Came here several times in a couple of dark days around Christmas. It was the closest, easiest food that required no thinking after days of too much thinking. The décor reminds me strangely of Europe and so I could pretend for a few minutes that we were in London or Spain instead. Staff were friendly and efficient. We got what we expected.

This McDonald’s constantly under-delivers. Pay for a double cheeseburger? You’ll get a McDouble. Order fries? It’ll likely be ½ full. Such petty nickel and diming gives the company a bad name. Go to a different McDonald’s if you can.

What a joke. I ordered a cone and a dipped cone and the dipped cone looked like Charlie Brown’s Christmas tree. Completely disfigured, oozing and wilting, and the chocolate was not even covering the ice cream(I could see right through the chocolate). I looked at the employee who was handing me the cone and said«are you kidding me?» She told me that’s their dipped cone. I told her I’ve had many dipped cones before from McDonald’s and that’s not what they look like. She then admitted they were having issues with their chocolate thing and asked if I wanted a regular cone instead. I said fine. She handed it to me and then I had to remind her I needed the difference in change between a regular cone and a dipped cone. She gave me 25 cents, but the difference is 30 cents. I tried to call her back but she ignored me. I finally had to wave the manager in the back and told him I needed the full difference and he said he only owed me another 4 cents. I told him its actually 5 cents and showed him the prices. I then asked him if he saw the dipped cone they gave me and he said yes. I asked him how they could serve that to people and he said that’s what they look like. I told him I’d take a picture if it then and put it on the Internet for the public to decide. He suddenly got all nice and said theres no need for that and next time he’d give me a cone on him. Sadly, there will never be a next time. They couldn’t pay me to go there and eat.
