Mall / Southwest 4th Avenue MAX Station

Plenty of activities are refreshing, but few things are quite as refreshing as seamlessly leaving leaving the movie theater and then getting home on time. The sleek MAX stop at 4^th Avenue & Yamhill has a neat vibe. Malls are often designed for suburbia, yet Portland decided to guard just about each side of Pioneer Place with a light rail stop.
The Red and Blue lines stop by and take you back to the Eastside, though the Hillsboro-​headed stops are definitely just a few blocks away. If you need the Green and, or Yellow Line, you can get them shortly over at Pioneer Square.
I like just standing at the stop and looking at the city life. Unlike some systems with a third rail, I can cross the tracks every so few minutes for the entire time unless I try to get hit by MAX. This station has a beautiful Mexico City kind of quality to it with the narrow road.
