My roomie and I needed to print some resumes for our job hunt.
FedEx print and ship was super close to our apartment.
We called to see how we could print them if we didn’t have a flash drive.
They gave us an email we could forward our documents to.
When we got to the store the employees were very welcoming and assisted us immediately.
They gave us a book filled with all the professional paper choices to choose from.
Natural paper it was.
He set me up on the printing center and less than a minute later I had some new crisp resumes.
Super cheap to print items here, I think it was 1.55 for 5 resumes.
Friendly employees, fast & easy, cheap.
I will be back for all my printing needs.

This store’s prices are way over priced. I took in two boxes for 3 day shipping — their lowest was $ 50 per box and couldn’t be sure it would get there in 3 days. These were small boxes (2−3lbs each) originally shipped from Amazon. I walked across the street to the Post Office. Same boxes, 3 day shipping (with tracking etc.) was $ 17 per box. I expect to pay a premium but not more than double the price.

Like most have already stated about this store – it’s not the best. They have a clean store with all the standard (overpriced) FedEx/Kinko’s products and services but the staff is rather lacking in their knowledge of the printing services. We’ve been in a number of times and it’s always been about the same.
I will say that the last time we were in although the clerk didn’t have a clue on how to resize our file for proper printing (I sized it before bringing it in on a flash drive so I don’t know why he had this issue?) he did give us five copies for the price of two.
Yay.

Fast Service, easy mailing. This is my go-​to shipping center for work related items.

They wouldn’t ship my laptop in its «original» box and packaging, and tried to get me to purchase their custom laptop shipping box. They quote of the day, «our standards must be higher than Dell’s»
USPS is across the street my friends.

These guys are low quality and high cost. Plus they are bumbling fools.
I had two pieces of paper to print and went here. There were 5 people in there and 2 were staff. First the guy told me he didn’t know when he could get to me. It’s only 2 pieces of paper I said. Still he didn’t know.
Thinking I might get lunch while they worked, I asked how long it might take. 20 minutes, an hour, 3 hours? He couldn’t say. Today? Sometime in the next 7 days? He simply could not say and suggested I use the self serve machines. (then why do you have a sign that says Full Service??).
Anyways, I went to the self service machine, got to the 2^nd step where you slip in your thumb drive and it said «seek assistance». Turns out, by that time (4 minutes later) there was nobody else in the store and the staff member who couldn’t possibly predict whether or not he could help me in the next 7 days was free to assist.
Then he ran into trouble because of the enormity of the file I wanted to print. He said he’d try to «resend it». That didn’t work, so he resent it again. t told him my designer said any kinkos could handle it. He said it was still too large and that he was unable to send it to the machine. I told him that a kinkos should be able to handle a 10MB document.
Another employee overheard this and said that it should do 40MB no problem. It turns out my file was only 1.8MB anyways and that they hadn’t cleared their print queue. So why was he saying it was a file size issue? Was he even a real employee?
30 + minutes later and $ 4 lighter I walked out with my 2 freaking sheets of printed paper.
What a monkey house!

Tried to buy resume paper at marked sale price and they informed that sale was over and instead of $ 2.99 it would be $ 13.99. They were unwilling to negotiate price because of corporate rules… lost my business to the locally owned UPS store that day.

Meh, Kinko’s. I mean, it’s a necessary evil at times but I try to avoid their overpriced services at all costs. They’re good if you need a job printed quickly but it seems like they’re always quick to point out when they’re closing (any time I’ve been there it’s been a last-​minute thing close to the time they close) and almost always swamped but understaffed. The quality isn’t great but I don’t expect much. Afterall, it is Kinko’s. There are so many great, digital, locally-​owned printers in this town. Do yourself and them a favor by taking your business there. You can get better quality and service for less money AND you’re supporting local.

I’ve been to this particular F/​K location four times now, and each experience has been blah to meh. This most recent occasion prompted a review.
It was a slow weekday, about 11am.
I had to send a one-​page fax, and I needed two photocopies of a different document from the counter guy. There was one person in front of me, so I sent the fax (which is self service) and waited. He tried to ring me up for the fax when he got to me, and I reminded him of the photocopies. «OK, sorry.» He looks at the photocopy machine, which is printing something else, and goes on to the next customer. OK. He helps her, and the document stops printing. The customer is not happy with his copies, so the counter guy redoes it without attending to me first. Whatever.
The counter guy comes back over to me and tries to ring me up again for the fax. AGAIN, I remind him about the photocopy which he still hasn’t done. By this time, the other document is done. He gives the new copies to the other customer, makes sure they’re ok. Rings the guy up (15 minutes passed by at this point) and comes back over to me. «How many copies did you need?» «Two.» «Do you want these shrunk down?» Mind you, these are 8.5×11 pieces of paper. Why on earth would I want that? «NO.» He comes back with three copies, which looks like the two copies and the original.
Thankfully I looked through them, as he gave me three copies and kept the original. The original, mind you, had all my vital information. SSN, bank account info, signature, etc. etc. I’m sure it’s my paranoia, but the thought of this guy trying to slyly keep one went through my head for a second. Then he tries to charge me for three copies!
It’s bad enough that places like these can elicit long waits, so I want excellent service if it’s going to be that slow and focused. There are plenty of these places, and the UPS store a couple miles south has a much more competent staff.

I was impressed that I actually got a follow up call from this store a week later asking if everything had come out OK for me for my printing needs. Luckily, they had. I haven’t gotten a follow up customer service call in years. ..

Enter me, 7:30am, trying to open the door to drop off my 2 day prepaid package to Verizon for my POS phone I had to replace (again, fockers).

Even though the sign says T: 7:30am-9pm
