Eddie Bauer

This company has an amazing return policy. I had an old Eddie Bauer backpack from like 2010 and one of the zipper pulls broke on it, and they gave me a completely new one.
The staff is also very helpful. I recently ordered a few jackets online and needed to exchange for a different size, and salesperson Veronica gave me some great advice on the pros and cons of petite vs. regular. She helped me pick out a great jacket. You can’t get that type of service shopping online. Veronica is to be commended! As is the rest of the staff. I’d definitely shop here again.

On my visit to Portland this past week, I realized that my entire wardrobe isn’t cut out for Portland weather. Everything I own is extremely sheer, lightweight, or see through – not very practical for rainy or cold weather. While we were at the mall to get some warmer clothes, my in-​laws brought me to Eddie Bauer to by POLAR FLEECE.
I always thought wearing polar fleece should be a crime UNLESS you are in an Old Navy commercial, over the age of 60, or under the age of 12. But boy was I wrong. Fleece is the warmest thing everrrrr and it’s so soft and light. I don’t think you’ll find me in LA rocking my new fleece jacket, but it’s a very handy thing to have.
The store associate who helped me with sizes was super friendly and helpful. She set me up with a dressing room and brought me a bunch of stuff to try on. The quality of their clothes are great, and everything is super practical and comfortable. Great for outdoors! I’ve thrown my fleece jacket in the wash a few times and it still looks just as good as new. It didn’t get linty and the fleece is still very soft! There was also a big sale going on so I was able to get a few things at a marked down price. I LOVE SALES!

I don’t usually shop at Eddie Bauer, but my DL needed to do last minute Christmas shopping since we had this everlasting «Arctic Blast».
To the mall we went and to Eddie Bauer we shopped. They had 30% off all merchandise. All the ladies that worked there were friendly and helpful. Lines moving quickly. Also, now I know that Eddie Bauer doesn’t only carry «more mature» clothing lines, but also «younger people» clothing lines.
Anyway, thanks to Eddie Bauer, my DL got his shopping done and Thank God we don’t have to do Christmas shopping every month. That’s why I like Christmas, it’s only happens once a year!
