Benefit Brow Bar at Macy’s

I am always a little hesitant every time I am about to wax my eyebrows. Due to past experiences, I find it difficult to gain trust again after having quite a few bad experiences with the shaping and waxing of my brows. My brows have been through a lot, from my own doing and from others. As I walked into Macy’s Benefit Brow Bar, I received immediate attention and assurance that I would be taken care of. I told everyone about my own experiences and how I worry about getting my eyebrows done. Lisa made sure to explain everything that would happen to my eyebrows. She demonstrated everything that would happen and explained the logic and art of my own eyebrows in comparison to my face structure. It was very comforting. She did an excellent job and there was no horrible surprise when I looked in the mirror. I was very pleased. The rest of the girls helping in the makeup area were very nice and helpful as well. I had a very wonderful experience and I am happy to have found this place!
A TIP ON TIPS: Unfortunately that day I only had my debit card on me but no cash. You are allowed to pay for the service with card but you cannot include a tip for Lisa (or whomever) through that payment. If you want to give a tip, you must do it with cash. This is a nice heads I wish I was aware of prior of my visit.

Lisa waxed my eyebrows today and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They look amazing! I had been growing my brows for a year prior after an unfortunate waxing accident left me with no tails and bad, asymmetrical, too-​skinny brows. I was nervous to see someone new for fear that it might happen again. But I explained to her what I wanted — a full brow with only a slight arch — and she delivered! I love that she «mapped» my brows first and explained to me what she was going to do *before* she waxed. Afterward, she showed me areas that might need more growing in, and she even penciled in gaps and touched up my makeup. She was also so kind and easy to talk to. I plan on going back next time I need a brow shape up and will recommend her to all my friends. Thank you, Lisa!

I just got my eyebrows waxed by Laina and I’m so pleased! She knew what she was doing and made me feel comfortable. I wasn’t planning on getting my brows done today but I’m glad I did because I’ll definitely be coming back.

Laina did my brows and they looked great. I didn’t have an appointment and was in a bit of a hurry and she was so nice to squeeze me into her busy schedule. I will definitely be going back. Thanks for the great service!

First time ever getting my brows done and I am SO satisfied with my experience. Laina was INCREDIBLE. She not only was super down to earth and easy to talk to, but her work was amazing as well and she genuinely cared about how I felt about it. My brows have never looked so good. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ I WILL be back!!! :)

Benefit Bar was great! I wasn’t planning on getting my brows done but Lisa was so approachable, I got right in and was out in a few minutes. $ 21 for brow wax, Macy’s can’t add tip, so bring cash. I’ll be back!

I’m very pleased with my experience at this Benefit Brow Bar. I was able to get an appointment on the same day. Lisa, the esthetician, is awesome! I will be returning to get my brows done with Lisa.

These ladies are great! Not pushy, but totally knowledgable. Got my brows done by the experts, and I’m never disappointed!

This is hands down the best brow place! Lisa makes sure you leave with beautiful, sculpted yet natural brows every time. She also does a great job with tinting. I tried a couple other places when I moved to Portland, but Lisa is the best! I’ve been 4 times and the results are consistently perfect! As a bonus, it’s really reasonably priced and they touch up your make up for free. The service is quick and they can always accommodate my schedule.

Lisa is amazing! She does my brows perfect every time. She’s always giving me tips on how to keep them looking their best. You must give it a try.
