Burger King

Food came out cold. The oil in the fryer needs to be changed. And they forgot my friends food which was just a cheese burger with fries. Facilities are dirty and over all the restaurant is dirty. I suggest finding a different Burger King until this one cleans up.

I wanted a Whopper sandwich but decided to get the Whopper Jr meal instead to «be good.» The person taking my order interrupted me several times saying «hold on.» I just ordered the meal with a diet cherry coke. This was $ 5.
When I got to the window everyone seemed to be having a good time in there. I saw a drink sitting with flecks of reddish wetness all over it and figured this was my drink. The girl handed me a different drink though so I asked «is this a diet cherry coke?» She said yes and walked away. I had to wait there and ask for straw which she seemed annoyed about. Even with all this it went pretty fast.
I drove away and took a sip of my diet cherry… nope this is regular coke. For a portion of a second my mind started up the rage machine at the Burger King employee but then it switched direction when I thought:
«THIS IS WHAT YOU GET for eating like a god damn animal what is wrong with you?! You think getting a diet cola makes a damn sight of difference when you are eating a sandwich primarily known for being covered in a mayonnaise-​based sauce with unknown ingredients?! It’s no wonder you’ve achieved so little in life JUST LOOK AT YOU poster boy for lack of motivation and discipline you WILL be thinking about this the next time you use „tooth“ or „acidity“ to describe the taste of something to someone. I would say you are better than this but clearly that is not true. Your mother didn’t raise like this what would she think of…» It went on a bit longer than that though.
Food was deeply marinated in shame.
Service was as expected.
Three stars including the learning experience.

This Burger King is in a rough neighborhood, so expect a lot of thugs and homeless people when you walk in.
They are very good and quick staff. Specifically I’ve seen a lot of good managers at this BK! Better than most. Great location.

I witnessed two separate altercations between the manager and a customer in a span of about 45 minutes. In both incidents the manager was very loud and quick to tell the customers she would have them removed.
The young man at the register seemed new however he got my order correct, but the prep person did not.

Worst and most unfriendly @BurgerKing ever, don’t go here! I walked out and didn’t even buy anything Bauer of their lack of service!

I came and ordered from a boy who seemed really nervous but nice. I could tell he was new, and when I went to sit down I heard his coworker behind him telling him «I know it’s your first day but this is MY till and you can’t keep making mistakes there’s been a couple today» I could tell it made him more nervous. Jeez guys give the kid a break he’s trying. I just thought it was really rude and that’s not how to train a new person. I just hope he doesn’t get yelled at anymore, I know when I mess up and someone gets mad at me it only makes me mess up more. So I felt for him.

Its OK if only visited occasionally. I’ve been there enough to meet a night manager named Bobby who is a complete jackass to coworkers in front of customers and has made fun of at least one handicapped person walking up to retrieve their meal. He also personally screwed up my order on one occasion and attempted to blame it on the person who took the order, despite the fact my receipt was visible in my hand and showed the correct order.
Place looks clean, but is actually quite dirty if you look closer.
It is, however, important to not I have not gotten sick or died from consuming food here… Yet.

Chaos! Employees all yelling in Spanish. Nobody seems to know who’s doing what. Dinning area filthy and it appears this establishment is a resting area for the homeless… Enter at your own risk. I will be avoiding returning here.

This is by far the best Burger King restaurant around this town Ive been to. Fast, friendly and fresh. all key components that most other BKs around town seem to lack one or two of… nice job. I came during lunch time.

Mediocre at best, drunk food and horrible service. Don’t expect anything to be close to acceptable service.

Came in and as I parked a large, what appeared to be mentally unstable transient is aggressively leaving the restaurant, and I see him doing odd things in the parking lot. The line to order was at least 5 people deep the entire time I was there, but only one register open, while two girls chat near the drive thru window (nothing happening here apparently this is more of a walk up location) and at least four others are visible in the back appearing to be cooking/​cleaning. TOOK FOREVER to get to the front of the line as the mom and adult daughter behind me argue about eating at Burger King and how bad the food is for you. I finally make it to the counter, I try to order some chipotle chicken burger that is the advertised «special» burger, he can’t find it on the menu, running late I tell him fine give me the Carolina chicken burger. Get to the car, beef burger, no napkins, cold fries. Ugh.
I rarely eat fast food, so I am not sure if this is the norm now.

I never would have thought I’d go out of my way to review a Burger King, but this place has the friendliest and nicest staff I’ve ever encountered in any fast food setting. The manager is super personable, and will quickly take care of any issue you might have with your order. Because this is so rare, I wanted to share my good feelings with this place. Granted, it’s still Burger King so the 3 stars is because the food will never be spectacular, but compared to the other Burger Kings I’ve eaten at they do a pretty darn good job. One tip: For some reason, their drive through pop machine doesn’t seem to carbonate their drinks very well, but the inside machine works fine. The one time I complained about this, they gladly gave me a different drink at no charge.

Went through drive thru and they gave our food out the car in front of us because the guy taking the order kept failing to enter orders into the system. We had to wait for them to make the order up again. Got our food and drove off; but took one bite and we could tell that the chicken was pretty old or improperly prepared. Went back and they made it fresh for us, and it tasted good, but they didn’t make much of an effort toile it better other than replacing the food. Not the type of service of expect after they screwed up that much.

Feels like the basement of a gunship.

First off this BK is not closed. It’s very much alive, and I believe their drive through is 24 hours which is sweet. Yeah it’s fast food, it’s BK… it’s not great per se, but I do think on the whole with the exception of their fries it’s better than McDonald’s. At least my digestive system seems to think so.
