My headphones stopped working in the left ear. Still under warranty. Receipt was damaged. Sales rep Luke Calkins took care of it all. Walked out thrilled. Thank you Luke for great customer service. Great store!

A fantastic store with fantastic service. I came in here a few months ago with the intentions of trying out their QuietComfort 25 before purchasing them on Amazon. I wish I could remember the name of the manager who helped me, but he was amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and patient! I’m a pretty indecisive person, so I was having difficulty deciding which noise-​cancelling head/​earphones to purchase, what colour, and whether to purchase the iPhone/​Android model (I have both phones.) He answered all my questions very pleasantly and helpfully, and at no point in time did I feel like he was frustrated or annoyed with me taking up so much of his time. I ended up purchasing the headphones in-​store (triple black) even though I was going to buy them online. Furthermore, he actually found a spare Android cable in the back that he gave to me for free! I’ve used my headphones every week on the plane (I travel a lot) and they are an absolute must-​have for frequent travellers. Very happy with my purchase (plus, no sales tax!)
I would definitely check this place out if you’re interested in Bose products at all. The staff are wonderful and the store is lovely to be in if you just want to browse.

Let me first start by praising the staff (Mack, Kevin & Rinko) these gentleman are quick to think outside of the box. It’s quite refreshing to deal with such a competent staff. They were quick to honor the holiday pricing on my unit and made that a seamless transaction. If you are searching for 5 star service and products that will last a lifetime, head over to this location and I promise you won’t be sorry!

Really helpful guys man this store. I came in to look at the newer model of a pair of noise cancelling headphones that I’ve had for a few years (the QuietComfort 15) and was promptly informed that I would get a 100USD discount for the QC 25 if I traded my old ones in! I was able to test the headphones with my phone and portable music player before making a decision.
I’m very pleased with the service and with my new headphones too!
