Air-Pro Heating & Air Conditioning

For the past eight years, there have been a number of air con specialists unable to figure out why my ceiling leaks when the air con is on. Not surprisingly, I’ve not been able to use it as I cannot be rained on in my office, plus cannot be ruining the ceiling in this house. It has been misery! A couple of people finally figured it out – and Clark, with Air-​Pro, was the first to ask meaningful questions, measure the house I live in and get it right. (It is clearly easier to warm people than to cool them.) He is so very nice and respectful. Wholly dependable too. We settled on a time for installation of a new and smaller unit when I was gone. I didn’t even know he had been here when I returned – he was that considerate of everything! Laura was incredibly helpful too. They have radically changed my life for the better from spring/​summer misery to comfort. Highly, HIGHLY, recommended.

If you are in need of a fantastic heat/​air company that you can depend on… I highly recommend Air Pro heating & air conditioning! They were honest with what they offer, warranties that are covered, and upfront on what to expect. The choice nowadays is amazing… lots of product to choose from (with different warranties and efficiencies.) Also… the heat/​air companies offer different coverages between them… Please do your homework on what you need and can $ Afford. I don’t often feel compelled to write about HVAC but Air-​Pro has been great.
They installed our Carrier electric furnace. The sales guy was great. The technicians did a great job. The price was competitive.
Later, when our furnace flooded and stopped working, they came by the next day to check it out. It had dried out and started working again. They checked it out to make sure everything OK and reassured us. They didn’t charge us anything. There are many places out there that charge $ 75 dollars just to come by and take a look. (Most HVAC companies I have worked with do that).
If you have a Carrier product that needs service or want to install a Carrier unit, these are your guys.
