Terrible customer service!!! Sold a laptop and charged $ 150 said EVERYTHING would be transferred. Got home no applications! Ok went back after call $ 130 for Office. Ok. It took 30 minutes 4 representatives later, done

I have been using Eric’s services for years. He has always gone above and beyond to give me the best possible value for my money, whether it’s been in rejuvenating old computers or building me a new one. I’ve gotten years of extra usage out of old, outdated desktops because of Eric, and when it just got too ridiculous he built me a blindingly fast new desktop at a fraction of the cost I would have had to pay elsewhere. He’s come to my house and solved problems or done it remotely. If the problems are small so has been the charges. I trust him implicitly. I don’t have the foggiest notion of what I’m doing when it comes to computer hardware, so to have someone trustworthy to guide you whom you know won’t gouge you is incredibly valuable.

Just moved to Porter ranch last year and was in need of a MAC technician. Took a chance on GEEK4Cheap and was provided excellent service to upgrade my MacBook Pro. Eric was fast and efficient getting my computer hard drive replaced with the newer solid state type and repairing then backing up my old drive. I am very happy with the service I recieved and will use GEEK4Cheap for all my computer needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The owner is Eric. Very professional and courteous guy. I highly recommend. Used Geek4Cheap to upgrade my MacBook Pro to a SSD and more memory. Communication with Eric was very easy and very efficient. Pricing was very fair and he knows what he is doing. He came to my house to pick up and deliver! Did same day turnaround on the upgrade. Highly recommend.

A colleague referred me to geek4cheap. I live in Santa Monica and was in need of setting up my home office. I called geek4cheap, and Eric scheduled an appointment with me that same day! I was really impressed, he came on time and setup my MacBook Air, my iMac, iPad, Printer & Internet. I also had a MacBook Pro that Apple said would cost me $ 550 to fix. He took it with him and quoted me less than half the price and had it back 2 days later. I got to say, Eric is very friendly and professional, no games. I highly recommend Eric for any computer related needs!
