I recently upgraded my home internet from AT&T to Time Warner (don’t judge but i got a hell of a deal) and with that switch I figured it was time to update my wireless router since my current one was ancient. Long story short when i ran into a problem i couldn’t figure out my buddy recommended i reach out to Tfact and I’m glad I did. He was able to diagnose my problem within minutes and had everything up and running perfectly fine within the hour. He also recommended that i return the expensive router that i bought from best buy and get a cheaper one from amazon and i’m glad i did because i am getting the same if not better performance for half the price…
all in all great friendly courteous service and he even saved me money by making a recommendation that he didn’t need to.
